Great to buy a carpet runner where you can determin the width and length. It is good quility and was delivered on time. Only issue I have is as it is layed on the hall wodden floor it needs a backing as it slips and slides about.

The rug runner is beautiful but it would be helpful for customers to know that delivery could be 8 weeks. The rods were difficult to fit as the screws kept breaking and the carpet fitter needed to go out to buy more robust screws. However, the carpet looks lovely and the rods stand out to add further quality to the richness of the chosen carpet. I have recommended the company to my family members because I am so pleased with my purchase.

Very seamless process and quality of runner is very good. My only complaint was the way it was wrapped in shipping. Very filmsy plastic wrap which was torn. Thankfully there was no damage to carpet.

With the carpet being so thin and being laid flat for over a week, The ends of the carpet are still curling up

We love this stair runner . We ordered ours too short but it’s beautiful and was delivered fast . Was going to return for more runner feet but decided against it .

Very disappointed that the original delivery went to my old address when I had previously been told my account details had been changed. I then had to have several phones and emails to get this amended.

Nice rug although not very thick so will take time to flatten out evenly. Do not recomend the non slip under felt if carpet on carpet, but OK on hard floors.

Bought rubber backed 80 cm wide runner to fit from outside of a door to under armchairs and found a tendency to ruck up after wiping feet on mat that goes over runner. I need to find an object to stop runner moving by door.

Hi. Great product at a reasonable price. We're happy with the runner after installation. My review falls short of 5 stars for three reasons 1) Included, should be some way to properly finish the cut edge on a custom installation - essentially all installations 2) you should note that the hold-down rods are not solid but hollow. I would have much preferred old world solid rods 3) It seems that the runner itself is synthetic. A traditional wool or other natural fiber options would have been appreciated. Overall, we are stil happy with the product.

Took the full 12 weeks without any info on my order but at that 12 week mark I got an email about shipping. I was nervous due to the low price but it arrived in great condition. Couldn’t be more pleased!

I only put 4 stars because whilst the items ordered are very good, i was sent a wrong item which I needed to return. Although Runrug gave me a link to print a label, it assumes I had a phone & printer and that an Asda store was near my place. As it turns out I do not have a phone nor a printer nor a Asda near me. I had to ask favours from friends in order to do this whilst the company should have come and pick it up as it was their mistake not mine.
