“Runrig are a very good company who are competitively priced. My very long kitchen runner is excellent however I ordered two smaller runners for my mum’s hallway and although the pattern is nice they are rather flimsy compared to local large stores. This is the reason I dropped 1 star.”

These are from an entirely different range to your kitchen runner and are designed to be reversible, which means they do not have a backing. This is simply the style and construction of that particular range rather than a quality issue. We do include the thickness and product details within the Product Specification section on each listing, although we completely understand that this can sometimes be missed when ordering. “We love our little ready made runner. We would love to give a 5/5 but we had to wait about 2.5 weeks for our rug. Other than that, it is exactly what we wanted.”

“The rugs ordered are perfect for the job and seem very good quality. Delivery scheduling was a bit sketchy and it was only after I enquired that I got some idea of when they would arrive. Customers in Australia etc. need to realise that this company is based in the U.K. and deliveries could take longer.”

“Really pleased with product..Good value for money. The only thing I would say but you get what you pay for, there is no grip on the under side of the stair runner, but it appears to stay in place..I suppose time will tell. Looks good though.”
