This rug is beautiful. Just keep in mind it is a runner and will only have the border on the sides. Not the ends. A little disappointing, but it’s beautiful.

Unfortunately I received the wrong coloured runner, but they were very helpful with advice about rerturning it and a replacement was sent. I have had runrug runners before and found them very hard wearing.

Quite good quality Rug colour seems to match my carpet. The size was a bit of a problem so I put it down by my patio door. Not where it should have originally supposed to go.

I would have liked to given a 5 star review, but the packaging of the rugs let the experience down. Both rugs were of excellent quality and true to the online colours, shades and sizes. Shipment was fast and delivered on time. However, the plastic wrap packaging was very thin and was torn open in transit exposing the rug to possible damage or dirt. For the weight and size of the rug it should have been packed in a more secure and stronger product. I highly recommend this company but it needs to review its packaging technique asap.

All round good company to deal with and generally met promises. When my order was delayed I received an apology, clear explanation and deadline for the revised delivery, which was indeed met. Very responsive customer service, even giving me an unexpected discount for my inconvenience.

Well made product. Delivered on time. Tends to curl a little when placed on a carpeted floor ; better performance on a solid floor. However doesn't 'creep' when on carpeted surface.

The service was timely and I was quickly informed that one of the samples I ordered was out of stock. Response back from customer service inquiring about next availability was promptly responded to. My only concern is the sample/ rug that is no longer in stock with no new date for availability shows up on my internet feeds every single time I open them. Shouldn't that be taken off the sales/promotion internet feeds? It makes it appear it's available, when it's not.

I absolutely love this stair tuner-very classy. However, the in second order I placed there were two spots that had1 1/2” defects spots. I was very disappointed as I could not wait to have the piece returned for a new piece due to my contractor's schedule and move in date in my unit.

Love the quality. Getting the sizes you need to fit your areas. Use thier runners on a lot of tile and hardwood floors for change in decor. Needed some rushed out for a dog having back leg issues, received quickly through DHL, now she can help get her legs back under her without our assistance.

The rugs are good the service is good however the extra discount for signing up to receive latest deals etc has never ever worked and I have bought 5 rugs. I do feel that obtaining my details and then not able to use the discount code is misleading.

Very pleased with the 2 runners but surprised that I had to trim the mesh anti slip items so as not to show.
