“Good description and clear photos of the rug. Quick delivery. Lays flat. Would have given 5 * but very slightly frayed on the edges in a few places.”

“The first hall runner I ordered had part of the pattern missing so I had to package it up and return it. The second runner had an imperfection in the weave of the carpet. Although this was disappointing, the customer service was excellent and my emails were replied to quickly. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction and I was offered a refund for the inconvenience.”

“Price and delivery speed are both excellent. The rug is of good quality and prettier than in the photo. I gave only 4 stars because it's a little slippery, so we are going to I have to buy a pad, even though it's only for a kitchen runner.”

“Delivery person was great - when i was buying i looked at delivery window - delivery was well over that and only mentioned on invoice once i had paid so i guess it was on time and in line with notification on the day of. The rug laid flat immediately. Picture was very accurate to real colour on web on here looks alot brighter and more red. I bought in sale so was good value.”

“I ordered an item and was informed it was out of stock immediately. Customer service offered a similar product that was available at no extra charge and shipped it immediately. Wonderful service. The runner we ordered works well in a commercial environment but is nothing I would want in my home. It is simply cut from a roll with no finish on the ends. I expected that but would want others to know it is a very practical offering at a fair price.”

“Great to buy a carpet runner where you can determin the width and length. It is good quility and was delivered on time. Only issue I have is as it is layed on the hall wodden floor it needs a backing as it slips and slides about.”

“The rug runner is beautiful but it would be helpful for customers to know that delivery could be 8 weeks. The rods were difficult to fit as the screws kept breaking and the carpet fitter needed to go out to buy more robust screws. However, the carpet looks lovely and the rods stand out to add further quality to the richness of the chosen carpet. I have recommended the company to my family members because I am so pleased with my purchase.”
