Ordered in May. Didn't receive my order until end of October. They offered a 5% refund but they never followed up it was done. Not going to order from here again.

Wrong samples were provided. I receveied 2 of the same sample and non of another. Delivery was fast.

I ordered two runner samples. After paying for these two samples I received an email stating that one of my two samples was not available. Website showed it was available. Miss leading information. I did receive my sample on the day that it was to be delivered. I'm glad I orderd the sample. The pile is very short and colors were lighter in shade than the wedsite picture.

Quality is good but it costs me a lot of money for such a small sample type rug not even cut that piece straight .

First order returned as incorrect colour and not as samples previously purchased. Replacement also returned as was out if square. Full marks to Joe for customer service.

We ordered a 2' 8" carpet runner and received a 31" carpet runner. This does not work for us.

Stair runner looks very nice, we love the colour tartan style BUT when the fitter was nearly finished and just fitting last step he found a “fault” on the edge, where a thread and knot could be seen ( see photo) The thread end falls right on the corner of the bottom step and we have a genuine concern that the edge of the carpet may start to fray after a period of time after months or several years from now What a shame because we really like the carpet….,so with the concern of failure in the future can only give a low star rating

Ordered (8007454114) runner that was lost as ready for shipment but it was not and didn't ship for for than a week. Now, more than two weeks later it has not arrived and the DHL website has no expected delivery date.

Firstly, fairly pricey. I expected top quality for this price, but have seen better in shops since we ordered the runner. Second ,long delivery time and was not delivered on the day specified due to mix up at depot. Third ,has been down six days now, but still has creasing evident and we have to constantly pull and straighten the runner to improve the appearance. Not great.

In terms of the lead time of the product, I can see that at the time of your order this was listed on our site with a lead time of 4-8 weeks. We do allow customers to place preorders on our site based on when the product is due back into stock so that you can be confident that the perfect runner for your home is coming soon! In terms of the runner, this is a very low profile reversible runner which does not have a combined anti slip backing with it, which may be the cause of the runner not laying flat fully for you. Looks and feels lovely but oh my days it won’t stay in any kind of position. It walks quicker than I do. And as soon as you step on it it gets speed bumps. Have ordered some fixings because it’s the only way it will be functional.

I put the rug on a LVT floor and slipped and fell. Rug is attractive but danger on smooth floor

Runner that was delivered had a fault in it. I have been in touch and advised there are three ways to resolve. I have notified which way I want to go and still waiting on someone getting back to me with an offer.

Hi Neil, Thank you for your review, although I am sorry to see of the issue with the runner. Looking at the imagery this appears to be a piece of yarn caught up in the runner during the production, which naturally can happen when fibres become caught in the machinery - although we do make every effort to avoid this and it is a very rare circumstance. I can see that my colleague is working with you on a resolution at the moment so I hope we can improve your happiness with our products soon!
