“I ordered a large hallway runner in black tartan. Its absolutely stunning. Even though it was rolled up for delivery it instantly laid flat. Beautiful quality and exactly how it looked online. I can not recommend them highly enough”

“Brilliant service from Runrug, I ordered a runner for my kitchen which I needed quickly. After I’d purchased I realised there was a next day delivery option, which I’d missed. I rang the office to see if I could pay the extra, but had to leave a message as they were busy. What happened next totally surpassed my expectations. I received a phone call after 5pm to say my rug had been sent by next day delivery with no extra charge. Absolutely fabulous customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend both the company and their rugs.”
