It took quite a long time at the beginning. Several days each time for a reply to emails. Once it was clear what the whole order would cost, I paid. And then waited 1/4 year (!) for the carpet. Now it has finally arrived. The goods are as ordered and so far everything is fine. I am satisfied with the product, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of efficiency. It should also be mentioned that the goods arrived intact, but probably by chance. The two carpet rolls were only packed with a single layer of thin foil. This is inadequate for shipping over such long distances. From 40 years of experience as a carpet fitter, I know what packaging would be necessary.

They look nice, but if they were bound on the sides it wouldn't look so cheap. It looks like they took carpet off the roll and cut it to size. I had to steam the ends so they would no longer be rolled up on each.

The runner that you have selected is not designed to be bound and indeed doing this can actually damage the runner making it unsuitable for use in your home. Our order of one hall runner and one stair runner which was delivered while we were away. When we arrived home we were keen to put down the new hall runner only to find that we had been sent the wrong width despite the packaging showing the right width. A phone call sorted the matter out and we received an apology but now have to return the incorrect runner and wait for the new one although we had pulled up and disposed of our current runner.

The hall runner rug arrived safely and securely. Rug looks very nice and just what was required for our hallway to protect carpet at doorway. However when laid the rug still creeps along on the carpet causing a ruck in the middle making a trip hazard. Been down a week now but not flattening out.

First rug i processed unfortunately was very curled and had lots of folds at the end and middle of the carpet. The colour wasn’t quite the same match so i returned and then payed the difference for a different rug The second rug was a lot nicer and literally had no folds or bends. The refund process was quite quick but unfortunately you have to print the return label at home which i do not have a printer so cost me money to print and then attach before sending back would be helpful if it was a return code processed and that way it saves the hassle of customers having to print at home and also saves paper

Tartan Beige runner is nice, as described, and delivery was quick. Only issue was the rug was wrapped in very flimsy plastic only, the plastic was completely ripped off both ends of the runner, so the binding got dirt smudges on both ends which I had to spot clean upon its arrival. Before I make a future purchase, I would want confirmation of better packaging.

Le tapis est conforme au descriptif et a été mis rapidement en livraison. Mais l'attiude du transporteur - malhonnête - mériterait le remboursement de la livraison. Bien qu'elle soit prévue à domicile, à aucun moment DHL ne semple envisager d'y passer, malgré la date fixée par lui. Son objectif est de nous faire déplacer à un point de retrait. J'ai ainsi attendu en vain la livraison qui était prévue à domicile, avec les désagréments que cela comporte.

Prices were decent but items were shipped in cheap plastic that was ripped & coming off the carpet runners. Had it been raining or snowing it would have been a disaster and we were fortunate that the items weren't snagged/torn. For what I paid, shipping needs to be better.

The rug I ordered was not worth the money so I'm trying to return it, but it's not made very easy to return, they really need to put return labels in the parcel so if you want to return it it's simple

Item is nice but delivery took months wasn’t clear before ordering the delay for the order when it would arrive. The item is ok for what it is price possibly abit high for what it is but still ok

Sent the wrong rug. The right one has now been sent. Helpful staff but that mistake shouldn't have happened!

1 foot long samples arrived a few days after when DHL announce it was delivered. DHL's tracking information is pathetic. No final delivery address is provided on their website so when it does not arrive on the day DHL says it arrived, you want to know what address it was mailed to. No such luck.

I found the pricing structure rather confusing. What does the initial price written by the carpet actually mean. We were shocked that the carpet of our choice in the length required was over £700. How was this calculated? Gill Batchelor
