Hi, We’re very sorry for the duties issue with DHL and the delay. There was a technical issue with our system that resulted in around 20 orders being shipped with incorrect information that meant duties were due to be charged to yourself, when they should have been paid by us. Since identifying the issue we have been working hard to resolve this and ensure that you do not have to pay these fees, as well as looking to ensure the orders are delivered as quickly as possibly. Unfortunately due to the requests having to be made through both the courier and US customs this does take a little longer than our standard delivery. Please rest assured that we are working hard to put this right, and we have fixed the original issue. Although the delivery delay has no doubt soured your experience, we hope that the runner is perfect for your home when it arrives. Kind regards, Team Runrug

I still haven't gotten my order becuase Runrug message up on the DHL carrier fees. My installation is scheduled to begin in 2 days and my products still haven't arrived because of this mistake.

Runner was a lot thinner then expected but we will wait and see as to how hard wearing it is.It is however good at staying in place .Will update recomendation on facebook if all goes well !

Rug quality very good comfortable underfoot I have used 3 rugs in my hallway and am pleased how well that have blended in with my cork floor. The problem I have with runrug is there delivery procedure with their courier NFL better support is needed with their customer to ensure a smooth trouble free delivery (like amazon)

The quality is ok.... but could be better. Rucks up a fair bit on our landing and slides a fair bit in our hallway.

Very happy with the rug except as it was sent rolled its hard to get the edges to stay flat and they are a trip hazard.

Custom fit is a great option using them in my campervan. Quality a little ropey lots of loose tufts and binding isn’t great. We will see. Would try again as I got the size wrong by about 2cm but that’s my fault. Delivery good

Bought two small runners and they are decent quality for my purpose. I was offered a discount for first time buyer on your site, but it was not honored for some reason nor could I put in any code. Very confusing and probably won’t use your site again.

I am very pleased with the two runners that I ordered. However, one of the underlays that I ordered was 1/2 inch too wide. I had to trim it myself before I could use it. The other runner did not arrive until the next day.

Hi team, I recently ordered a rug for my kitchen unfortunately the edge of rug keeps folding over and is a hazard for my elderly parents who are constantly tripping over, the rug itself was very expensive the amount I’ve paid I’m not happy with how it is

Runner arrived ordered 60cm wide. Prepared stairs cut all treads and grippers to just under 60cms. Offered up the carpet, to find after all my measurements the carpet wasn't 60 cms wide. Not impressed with my purchase.

Beautiful rug except our previous one came with a non-skid bottom. This one doesn’t and slides all over the floor when any person or dog walks on it. I have since ordered a pad but still disappointed that we needed it

Rug and stair rug is pocket although was a mix up with delivery which was rectified straight away. However was told stair rods would be delivered and after numerous emails and calls I was told they never got ordered which was a disappointment as I had been chasing for nearly a week!

Have bought from this company before and was delighted with previous purchases. However, disappointed with this runner, it has been cut squint., which is not helpful when the rug has lines on it! Unfortunately, did not notice it was cut squint until we had altered it ourselves (to go round floor units) and laid it , by which time it was too late to return.

Good quality but almost impossible to get it to lie flat. After more than a week the corners still curl up which is dangerous. I have laid it face down and weighted the corners, but nothing seems to work. Can you send it with a central tube to stop it being rolled so tightly?

They sent the wrong colour rug but sent me a replacement straight away the customer support was good and arranged for a courier to pick up rug going back from me as I am disabled
