Rug and stair rug is pocket although was a mix up with delivery which was rectified straight away. However was told stair rods would be delivered and after numerous emails and calls I was told they never got ordered which was a disappointment as I had been chasing for nearly a week!

Have bought from this company before and was delighted with previous purchases. However, disappointed with this runner, it has been cut squint., which is not helpful when the rug has lines on it! Unfortunately, did not notice it was cut squint until we had altered it ourselves (to go round floor units) and laid it , by which time it was too late to return.

Good quality but almost impossible to get it to lie flat. After more than a week the corners still curl up which is dangerous. I have laid it face down and weighted the corners, but nothing seems to work. Can you send it with a central tube to stop it being rolled so tightly?

They sent the wrong colour rug but sent me a replacement straight away the customer support was good and arranged for a courier to pick up rug going back from me as I am disabled

The length and width was as I ordered, but the texture was nothing like I thought it would be for an indoor hallway rug runner. It is very stiff and rough like you would see or have in outdoor entry rug. I was wanting much softer feel on feet. I ended up having to re-arrange my lanai runners and use this one out in my lanai in front of the two sliding doors entering house. 🙁

We do advise that this product is extremely hardwearing and durable, which can make it perfect for protecting floors from mud and wet shoes, but of course if you are looking for something softer it may not be suitable. The pattern and the colors on the rug are beautiful BUT… the price vs the quality makes it not a great deal. I thought the rug would be thicker and made better. The corners will not stay flat no matter how much I manipulate them or how I position the rug and it’s not as non-skid as it claims to be. Unfortunately I’m not as happy as I hoped I would be with it.

The runner is lovely and looks really nice, at least when you can get it to stay in one place, unfortunately it moves constantly, it is over a new carpet and ist really frustrating having to keep moving it....

The rug itself is good quality and matches expectations. The cut on one of the narrow ends is out of alignment by about 30 mm (just over 1 inch). On a rug this long, the discrepancy would most likely go unnoticed under normal circumstances. However, in my case, the rug ends at the base of a set of stairs, making the uneven edge noticeable and visually misaligned with the stair. This flaw detracts from the overall appearance in an otherwise well-made rug.

Online, this is an absolutely stunning contemporary rug runner. Upon receiving the ordered runner, the ▪︎color▪︎ was approximately (two shades darker) than the color of the runner online. The plus to this runner was the ability to turn the runner on the opposite side as the color is light and neutral. [The unfortunate part is, the runner was originally purchased for what appeared online as a beautiful terrocatta color.] Last, as I was looking to purchase this rug runner, it appeared online to be a carpet rug runner. It is far from!!! This runner is a weave material. Almost appears as a thin floor mat...

There was a pricing error on the website. Took several days to be told the price would not be honored. At that point the rug we wanted was not available until an invoice could be generated by customer service. The price was still not corrected even many days later. This was very frustrating and time consuming. Not fast shipping either when there was so much intervention required.

Purchased this rug 70cm by 110cm approx. Abit smaller than I had expected. Looks nice aesthically. Not sure how long it will last, im not that it is washable. Would I pay £40 again for this rug- probably not.
