“Delivery good but rug is chocolate brown and not light brown as stated Also very thin and curls up on edges and corners. I know it wasn’t expensive but have paid less for a runner in the past and never had these problems”

“Not real happy with the $700++ purchase. It's in a commercial area and the carpet runner slids all over the place, will not stay in place. I should have checked and gotten a rubber back but didn't see those options ...not safe at all. Even if it was in a residential house it would be hazardous and slippery. Nice color, pattern and soft on the feet but not feasible, not sure what we'll do now.”

“I bought a runner for my stairs and landing. My order came very quickly and I emailed them to make sure it came all in one roll and they replied immediately.
