“Took the full 12 weeks without any info on my order but at that 12 week mark I got an email about shipping. I was nervous due to the low price but it arrived in great condition. Couldn’t be more pleased!”

“Excellent service and price from Runrug. We ordered stair bars on a 3-5 day lead time with a 3 day deadline. The team called us directly and made efforts to speed delivery but with an advisory warning that the standard 5 days might apply. They later called back and confirmed a 2 day turnaround. We were over the moon and the bars are now fitted with our new stairs carpet runner and look fantastic. Thank you.”

“The runner i purchased is exactly what I was looking for. Not too thick, good colour matching my decor and doesn't move around. The only regret is I obviously mis measured as I could have had a longer one.”
