“The stair runner was excellent. We were hesitant at first to complete the project on our own, but we used the video tutorials that Runrug provided and some recommendations from their website. We bought the padding and gripper kit from Runrug as well, which I highly recommend! It came out perfect. The carpet is beautiful, solid construction, and the measurement was exactly what we needed. Thank you.”

“Fantastic range of rugs and the service is excellent. I ordered a sample of my choice of runner and was impressed with the service. Then followed up with an order for my staircase. Amazing product and they really provide all the info you need to fit the carpet yourself. I’m delighted to record Runrug to friends and family.”

“Great rug, at checkout paid extra for delivery on a date of my choice, however DHL didn’t deliver on that date. Contacted Runrug who refunded the extra fee. Although it did mean there was no one in to accept delivery so it was left outside.”
