“I ordered a hall runner you can order what length you need as I have a very long hallway. The runner is beautiful came rolled not too tight so it laid flat straight away. The price was excellent for the length of runner very happy with my purchase and would buy again from Runrug and recommend to friends”

“Online, this is an absolutely stunning contemporary rug runner. Upon receiving the ordered runner, the ▪︎color▪︎ was approximately (two shades darker) than the color of the runner online. The plus to this runner was the ability to turn the runner on the opposite side as the color is light and neutral. [The unfortunate part is, the runner was originally purchased for what appeared online as a beautiful terrocatta color.] Last, as I was looking to purchase this rug runner, it appeared online to be a carpet rug runner. It is far from!!! This runner is a weave material. Almost appears as a thin floor mat...”

“I am very unhappy. I ordered the rug and the step rails for risers. We received the rug on time, but still have no rails. I've called several times, but have received no return calls or updates. It's bad, I have several homes that we are remodeling now and more in the future. I WOULD NOT EVER ORDER AGAIN FROM RUGRUN>COM”
