“Purchased this rug 70cm by 110cm approx. Abit smaller than I had expected. Looks nice aesthically. Not sure how long it will last, im not that it is washable. Would I pay £40 again for this rug- probably not.”

“It’s a nice runner but had imperfections and no one replies apart from automated email saying go to post office to return it. Very unhelpful as I don’t drive.so I’ve kept it.”

We understand how frustrating it can be when you're seeking assistance, but I do want to reassure you that the message you had received from us was not an automated message but directly from a member of our team. On the returns information I do apologise that we do not offer a specific door to door collection service, although our offering does look to include tens of thousands of return locations across the country. I have looked based on your postcode and one of those is showing as Newick General Store in your town. “I bought a runner for my hallway. I really like it. It's good quality, I was able to get the exact length I wanted, which was great as it needed to be quite long. It feels tough and hard wearing. The delivery was prompt. All in all the whole process was very easy and painless. I would buy from them again”

“Delivery was very quick, and the door mat fits well. It has a non slip rubber backing and works great for catching all the dirt from your shoes. (As you can see in the photo). Perfect for our needs.”

“Exceptional! I ordered a floor runner and a doormat from the same material. Both arrived on the correct date, the small doormat was an incorrect size. I called the problem was solved and a replacement supplied free of charge.Excellent service, but what is even better is the rugs are superb. Lay flat almost immediately and just look well made and high qualty. Highly recommend and will be buying more in future. I also want to add, I have no connection to this company and that this is an honest and genuine review,”
