“This would have been a five star rating but unfortunately the first carpet runner I recieved was faulty with a weave fault. But the way the return and replacement was dealt with was fantastic and second to none. Would definitely use this company again. ?”

“Finding and buying the runner was very easy. The selection was huge. We found the perfect runner and it arrived quickly. It is now down and gracing our hall. It is of good quality and beautiful patterns and colours. I am very pleased indeed.”

“The dark grey carpet runner I bought is lovely it has a really thick and soft pile and looks lovely on my stairs. The rods are good too, but the screws that went will the rods are useless. Each one I have tried to screw in has snapped, so I had to buy better screws. Overall a really good buy. Many thanks Carol”

“Delighted at the runner received. Able to order sizing to fit my hall exactly, which is excellent. Could not get the equivalent on the high street. Ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday. No plastic packing around the carpet - environmental reasons I guess but could have been covered with paper perhaps. While the cardboard box the carpet was sent in was fine the taped packing did not cover small gaps at the top and bottom which meant if it had rained there would a chance of the rain getting in.”

“May I start by saying that but for one downside they would have got 5 stars. From selecting the item I wanted to ordering and delivery I cannot find a fault. Regrettably the item was not suitable for the purpose that we required and therefore returned the item back to them. This is where the star was lost, on receipt back into the company there inwards department failed to register the item back in and therefore no request was sent to their customer support department for them to arrange my refund. I will give them praise in that department, after I had notified them that I had not received my refund, they immediately informed me of the error and duly processed my refund, which I received into my account in a timely fashion.”
