“Once it was available our carpet arrived promptly; it’s beautiful. However, we didn’t get the promised email when it was finally in stock. Best just to keep checking.”

“Arrived promptly and hall runner was exactly as ordered very pleased with this purchase. Would have been 5 stars but for the request for dob (personal information) on ordering the product. This is not necessary as I did not request any finance support to purchase the product.”

“Easy to order online. Good choice selection for designs, colors and sizes. (would love a better selection in greens). One item was out of stock so waiting on that. The only reason I am not giving a 5 is that I ordered 3 items and they each shipped separately. I could see that they all arrived at the last location at the same time but then 1 arrived on Friday and the other 2 arrived on Monday (on 2 different trucks). This seems a bit wasteful when all 3 could have arrived together with one delivery truck.”

“My experience so far has been fairly good. I have not yet received my stair runner carpets as DHL doesn't deliver to a PO Box. This will have to be corrected at my end using Canada Post and another tracking number. Unfortunately, that is my address as I am in a rural area and need to pick up my mail at a Post office. It is too bad another form of deliver cant be supplied that does handle any rural areas. The last shipment was the same but did get my rugs, and they are great. Can't wait until I finally have them put in. Next step would then be to order the stair rods and again the same procedure. Customer service was excellent in handling my troubles with payment as the computer wouldn't except my payment. Probably because of the PO Box. Also, I would like to commend the customer service department as my questions and troubles were handled quickly. You can base a good company by the people they employ. Thank you so far!”

“Excellent service, my initial email query was not responded to but when I phoned my call was returned on the same day. I had a sample delivered within 2 days. I paid approx £13 for the sample but it was worth it to see if it fitted into my colour scheme. Although the sample meant we did not order from runrug.com in the end, I would definitely use them again.”

“Easy to order, arrived when it was supposed to. A bit of a weird setup with no actual person to deal with or contact but we did receive a couple of emails at different points throughout the process. Our first order went really well. We will definitely come back.”

“The rug itself is a very good runner I'm using in the hallway, on the entrance from the front door. So far, it's been well tested, with very wet weather. All I do is wait for any mud and water to dry and then brush up with a dustpan and brush. The reason I've given four - and not five - stars is that I had ordered Aztec Grey and, although that was the label on the packaging, the rug that's been delivered to me is, in fact, clearly blue!!! I didn't want the hassle of returning the rug, so have decided to keep it.”

“Ordered online, easy transaction, arrived pretty quickly considering it was in the Christmas holidays. Expected more of a carpet runner, but this like a giant door mat. Saying that, it's just what I needed, and it good, thick quality.”
