“Waited a few mths, Run rug contacted to advise still no stock. I chose another colour and received in a few days, so they we're helpful. I like that you can choose sizes, have used before and would use yhis company again. ONE ISSUE thoug, they used DHL and kept looking at teacking and I signed in to get updates etc to ensure would be in on expected ected delivery day but nothing to say out for delivery, so must have been in back garden and only noticed had been left at my front door when putting car away. Dissapointed with this as well over £100 left at front door !”

“Ordered a runner for my mums hall, once arrived and unpacked the design was lovely, however it wasn’t as thick as I would have expected, emailed customer services and was advised by Adelaide to return for a full refund, my mum has now ordered a thicker material runner and we look forward to this new one arriving, I have aided my mum in purchasing a few rugs from RUNRUG, and they have been great and the customer service has been excellent. Regards.”

Hi Anne, We’re really sorry the runner didn’t meet your mum’s needs, especially for something so important in the home. The thickness and grip you described aren’t what we want for our customers. Because we supply a huge range of different runner options in a variety of qualities, we do state on the product listings the thickness of the product and whether it has an anti slip backing on the product. On the range that you have selected here it is designed to be low profile to ensure that doors pass easily over the runner. Whilst we cannot supply this as a specific anti slip product we do also offer an addtional anti slip underlay that would ensure that the runner is kept in place on the flooring. “I'm very happy with the stair runner, installed it yesterday, my wife is very happy, she picked it out. Went down easy and looks great. Only problem I had was I ordered it in December and got it in April, it was on backorder when I bought but I didn't think it would take that long, but it was well worth it.”

“Hopefully the issues I had have no been resolved and I look forward to receiving the replacement runner to match the rug. Thanks to their customer service department. The rug and runner in this style/colourway is very good quality at a great price. I do think the company should put it on their website that they have 2 colour ways in this particular design which differs according to the width you order. It would save a lot of confusion.”

“The most important requirement was a hall runner that was non slip and this definately fulfilled that need. It looks good, arrived swiftly and lays flat on the floor. The ability to choose the size was excellent it was just a shame that both ends had not been cut straight, which made cutting to the correct length was very difficult”

“The stairs in our 1913 house were always begging for a runner. The Runrug Mayan Blue is comfortable and exactly as appears on your web site. The rods we ordered were not necessary.”

“This would be my third purchase of this runner. Very good quality and does the job I intended it for. One issue with my new purchase of this rig is that it came with a big mark on it. To send it back, as there was so much in length, it would have been problematic for me so I decided to keep it even though the mark is very noticeable unfortunately. Not had any previous issues with my previous purchases .”
