“The runners are stunning and of great quality, and I plan on getting another one from the same company. The reason I have left out the 5th star is because both arrived out of their boxes and no other protective cover was in situ. The boxes were handed to me as evidence that at one time they had been in a box. The runners do deserve 5 stars though.”

“The quality of our carpet is fantastic. I would have given 5 stars but the carpet was delivered late which put us under incredible strain and had they responded more generously I would have given 5 stars but being given a £5 refund because of the delay was frankly insulting. Perhaps a lesson - look after your customers and your reviews will always be 5 *”

“Good to be able to custom make to size. Has rubber back which I didn’t expect and ok for the price though reminds me a bit of car mats ! Hard wearing and good for heavy traffic . I chose dark colours so won’t show dirt .”

“We have a T shaped hallway.We ordered two carpet runners,ikat copper,which looks stunning in our hallway.Unfortunately the shorter piece was not cut to the size that we requested and was too long.I spoke to customer service & have returned the piece to be cut to the correct size. I would have given 5stars if it had been right.I will happily repost when I receive the runner cut to the correct size. The delivery service,via dpd was excellent.”
