“Communication fine. Delivery was not great suppose it was down to Christmas rush. Received rug 1 week later when it should have come 24th December”

“when I ordered it stated out of stock so I rang the company and was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Was informed when stock arrived and duly ordered. It was shipped next day with DHL and this is where it went wrong. Not delivered on day and three days later. (to be fair it was Christmas time) But they couldn't give a delivery date. Still waiting. But dealings with RunRug were excellent. Just to add that the carpets did arrive and are excellent.”

“After placing my order I heard nothing for a week, chased and found the product i wanted was not in stock. I was offered a suitable alternative and from this point on the help i had and service was fantastic and then the rug and rods were delivered promptly.”

“I would love to give full marks to the workmanship but sadly I can’t. I purchased striped a hall runner and matching door mat plus 6 extra matching door mats. The stripes on the hall runner were not all woven in straight lines. I contacted the company and was immediately advised on how to return the runner for an exchange. This took a week and I was very impressed. However, the replacement was even worse. I was told that it wasn’t down to bad workmanship (!!!) I was offered another replacement with a different pattern but the only one in the colour I needed was a little more expensive but I was given it never the less. Trouble is now I have 6 doormats that don’t match my new carpet. The new carpet is thinner than expected but it looks very nice. 5/5 for satisfaction from the staff but 4/5 for quality.”

“Iain did an awesome job resolving issues and getting to exactly what I was trying to order. Your website is not easy to use and does not solve for ordering off standard lengths, even though you advertise "any length available". I also found it difficult to seek assistance via your website. When I tried to submit a question, after hitting submit, for excess of 20 minutes just "spin & spin" and never going through. Although I was pleased with the final product I thought my order would be delivered directly to my home. Instead it was delivered to my post office which was an inconvenient surprise. I think the quality of your product is great as well as your customer service. I will continue to use your company for this type of product and recommend you. I just ordered one more rug. But I do think you have a few bugs to make more user friendly. Sincerely, Genny Maidne”
