“Delivery was fast! I bought a custom cut hallway runner. The delivered runner was 1 inch shorter in width than I specified while the delivered carpet pad was exactly correct. I just trimmed the pad along the sides but that’s why 4 stars instead of 5. Very pleased with the product and the company especially for the price.”

“I was very happy to find a place to order a runner to the exact length I needed. The runner arrived two days after I ordered it and I was very pleased with that. The last Star is not chosen because the actual rug is very thin. I'm not really unhappy about that since it's a hallway and I put a pad under it. It has very short pile which is not looped, but it still catches and holds some dirt. My cat's claws have already pulled out a few pieces of pile, even though he isn't using it to scratch, just the process of playing on it. If you order a runner, make sure to consider the color of walls around it. They may clash.”

“Hard to measure stairs correctly. A little more guideance would have been great. We were putting it over already carpeted stairs so some Velcro strips would really help keep it in place. Overall very satisfied!”

“i purchased a carpet in error but received a no quibble refund in spite of them already having cut my piece but I am sure as a specialist will have no trouble in reselling it. One problem however is they expected immediate payment but I must now wait days for a refund to clear so the good is negated by the bad as we all make mistakes. Many blessings. “No complaint over the carpet just Dpd were useless with the delivery. Said there was no one home, we were in all day; said a card was left, no card found. Suspect he tried to leave at the wrong address. Finished up collecting from the local drop off point as that was the quickest.”
