“The first hall runner I ordered had part of the pattern missing so I had to package it up and return it. The second runner had an imperfection in the weave of the carpet. Although this was disappointing, the customer service was excellent and my emails were replied to quickly. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction and I was offered a refund for the inconvenience.”

“had my new runner for a week and still waiting for a kink/raised line to settle.Do not think it will settle and lay flat so will have to live with it as illness prevents me from getting to post office to return”

“The runner mat that I purchased from Runrug fits nicely in the hall of my bungalow and I am very satisfied with it. Now in place, it looks exactly as it does in the advertisement and is very comfortable to walk on. The mat was delivered on time and left where I requested. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.”
