“Beautiful rug soft, comfortable under foot and well made. Excellent service, only one concern we were told delivery was going to be on Thursday December 4th it actually came on Tuesday December 2nd , luckily we were in .”

“Very seamless process and quality of runner is very good. My only complaint was the way it was wrapped in shipping. Very filmsy plastic wrap which was torn. Thankfully there was no damage to carpet.”

“We ordered a runner for an upstairs hallway to coordinate with the stair runner our builder used when we remodeled an old beach house. Besides being very happy with the quality of the runner, the process was super easy and fast. I had a couple of questions about ordering a custom length and my answers were answered promptly. I had accidentally deleted my shipping tracking and contacted RugRun by email and I got the information and response quickly. RugRun was a delight to work with - courteous, prompt and efficient. I'll be sharing my experience with others. Thanks.”

“This 3 x 1m rug is for a hallway. The product has been wrongly manufactued. It is 25 mm longer on one side. As it is laid on a hardwood timber floor, the appearance is spoiled by rhe front edge of the carpet being out of line with the floor planks. see pictures attached.”
