“Unfortunately due to me being a numpty and getting centimeters and feet and inches muddled I had to return the runner I ordered. However the product and service were superb”

“I ordered my rugs at the beginning of October, delivery would be between the 14th and 21st of that month, I messaged back to say I could not except the 21st. I received an email back saying they would deliver on the 21st !!!!. Nothing arrived then or for the next month. Contacted on numerous accations, the only sensible message was rom Ian who gave me a delivery for December, the goods duly arrived, the quality is not as good as I had hoped for but after all this delay I felt it better to accept. We live and learn from our mistakes, and I certainly have learned from mine”

“Firstly, fairly pricey. I expected top quality for this price, but have seen better in shops since we ordered the runner. Second ,long delivery time and was not delivered on the day specified due to mix up at depot. Third ,has been down six days now, but still has creasing evident and we have to constantly pull and straighten the runner to improve the appearance. Not great.”

Hi Mr Milford, Thank you for your review, although naturally we are really sorry to see that you are not happy with the product. In terms of the lead time of the product, I can see that at the time of your order this was listed on our site with a lead time of 4-8 weeks. We do allow customers to place preorders on our site based on when the product is due back into stock so that you can be confident that the perfect runner for your home is coming soon! In terms of the runner, this is a very low profile reversible runner which does not have a combined anti slip backing with it, which may be the cause of the runner not laying flat fully for you. “I'm a touchy-feely type of person when it comes to making shopping choices. We were hestitant to make this purchase but the visual application provided on Runrug's site was very helpful in solidifying our choice. The shipment arrived earlier than expected to our surprise. Upon laying it out in our very long hallway, it elevated our clean line modern look that we envisioned.”
