“Reasonable prices, quick delivery. Taking a star off for a slight quality issue with some uneven corners. But for the price, I would use again.”

“Delivery was a disaster.Order got lost with no help from customer service”

Hi Kevin, We’re very sorry for the delay you experienced with your delivery and appreciate your frustration in this situation. Having looked into this further, I can see that two members of our customer service team were actively working on your case and were in constant contact with our supplier to determine exactly what had happened. Unfortunately, it appears that we were initially provided with the incorrect tracking number by the supplier, which caused confusion regarding where the runner had been delivered. We’re sorry if you felt that we were unhelpful during this process, as from our records we did everything we could to investigate the issue and obtain the correct information as quickly as possible. The updated tracking information does confirm that the delivery was successfully completed on 18th May. We do sincerely apologise that this was later than the original estimated delivery date of 12th May. We are currently investigating with the supplier as to why the dispatch was delayed in the first place, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Thank you for your review.

“We wanted a small 100cm x 60cm rug to bring a bit of life to the living room at one end, the carpet itself is plain. we were looking through the choices, and immediately took a liking to this one. It took 3 working days for delivery, which was great. We are very pleased with everything about it, a lovely colourful rug.”

“This was my first purchase from Runrug of a kitchen carpet, brought to lay on my tiled floor next to the kitchen sink. I had previously brought a cheap, supposedly waterproof and washable from Temu, but it was not good quality and needed replacing after 2 or 3 weeks. Delivery took about 10 days and the quality was impressive for a fair price and the rug laid-out perfectly flat, instantly and really it looks great! I have not spilt anything on it yet or had to clean it but I am very pleased with it and would certainly buy from Runrug again.”

“I cannot praise Runrug enough. From initial queries answered by Adelaide at their customer service right through to delivery, they have been second to none. What’s more, the stair runner far exceeded our expectations in quality and at such a reasonable price. Had to wait a while for the pattern I ordered to become available again but was forewarned of this and arrived earlier than anticipated anyway. I would highly recommend Runrug to anyone. (And have already recommended them) Thank you Runrug.”
