“Excellent range of stair runners, easily the best single site we found in many hours of searching. The samples we ordered showed up very quickly, loved the ones we didn't use as well. The turnaround time for a custom-length runner was very good, and we absolutely love the finished effect.”

“I still haven’t received my rug. I never received a tracking number for my rug. I’ve only received the rug grippers. My order was time sensitive so this is causing a lot of issues with my move.”

“I was short on a piece of rug to finish my hallway and stairs. I went on line and ordered another piece to complete the job and noticed after completing the order that the delivery was in approx 2 months time. I telephone your office next day. A very helpful lady said that at the end of March they were expecting a deliver in approx 4 weeks time. She said that she would process my order as soon as it came in, this was Monday. On Friday the same week the new rug was delivered. What a service thank you.”
