“I have had a wonderful service from Runrug. I bought a hall runner however when it arrived it didn't suit my interior so I sent it back and they sent me another one very quickly and another one until I finally got what I wanted. During returns was extremely efficient and really simple.”

“runner arrived well packed and in good time - however, my fault I had ordered the wrong size and it was far too big for the area in the hall. not overly pleased with the quality of the rug and would have sent it back but have had people staying including a 93 year old so have not had the time - probably to late now.”
