“Very pleased with the whole shopping experience. The website made it extremely easy to find and select the exact colour and size of runner. Payment was also very straightforward and acknowledgement of the placement of the order was swift and reassuring. Clear communication throughout the process was appreciated and made it easy to track the order. Courier service used were very good and followed my instructions regarding delivery. Runner was of v.good quality and well wrapped for protection during delivery process.”

Hi Maria, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of the rug. The product you've purchased is of Wilton grade quality. These rugs are genuinely very popular with most of our customers. I am sorry to hear that it is sliding, could I ask what type of flooring it is laid on top of? Naturally, this product has a jute/hessian woven backing, which will move on any type of hard flooring. e.g. wood, tiles, vinyl etc. If a product is 'non-slip', we will state this on the product information. “PERFECT! Our Aztec beige runner arrived just the other day. Shipping was super speedy. We live in a house that is almost 100 years old. It has large heating vents in the floor, which was my primary concern. We were able to cut out the portion which would have covered the vent, the rug still looks great! It feels very soft to walk on. We are VERY pleased with this purchase!”
