There would be 5 stars instead of 3 stars if it weren't for the miscommunication from a staff member. Rug is exactly what the picture looks like and was delivered fast.

Stair carpet had a fault that was visible after I laid the carpet. after They sent me a piece to replace that bit. So carpet will have a join. I have a bad heart so it’s an effort to relay. Not really happy as the carpet should’ve been checked before it was sent

However, occasionally, things can be missed, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. As you mentioned in your review, we were able to provide you with an additional piece of carpet to replace the section that had a line fault, free of charge. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on products that have already been installed. We hope you understand this. We would like to reassure you that 9 times out of 10, stair carpets are installed in smaller sections, and when installed correctly, you cannot see any joins in the carpet, due to the creases in the stairs. The runner seems to be of good quality. The only issue we have is that the run is much darker than you website picture.
