“Lovely looking rug however used rug tape to stop it from slipping and then tried to move it around a bit to find that the fibres have been pulled out of the rug in 2 places. Not happy as only just laid it down”

“I am very impressed with the customer service I received. The first rug I ordered was the wrong color for my needs. Runrug worked really fast to get me a replacement and credit back the differance to me. The 2nd rug I received works very nicely and shipping is very fast. Because of the excellent customer service I am giving 5 stars. They only minor complaint that I have is the width is 1 inch smaller than stated. The width advertised is 2.8 wide it is actually 2.7. Not that this is a huge deal, I do believe that it should be what it says it is. I would definitely recommend Runrug and would buy from them again.”

“We were notified that when they were about to dispatch our stair runner, they discovered some damage. They notified us this within a couple of days of receiving our order. We were asked if we wanted to choose an alternative as it would probably be about 2 weeks before they could get a replacement carpet from their supplier. We decided to wait as we were in no hurry. However, the underlay was delivered as per schedule. We received our stair carpet sooner than expected. Good communication and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this company.”
