“Good quality - keen prices - easy purchase - dispatch needs overhall - stair runner arrived quickly, paperwork said order dispatched and complete - unfortunately underlaty and gripper were left on loading bay or mislaid - finally arrived after some prompting - good aftersales team I would use them again”

“Pattern: Pin Dot floor runner Color: Black Size: 23 ft x 2 ft I am pleased with the product. What I received is exactly as described on the website. Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast. Ordered on Feb 19 & received it Feb 22. The runner is thin which is what I wanted as to avoid tripping. Time will judge how well it holds up. The runner does need a non-slip underlay which I already had.”

“We are so pleased with this black runner and just how comfortable it is to walk on without slippers.Your company sure do go the extra mile with customer satisfaction with speed of dispatch '' next day '' and delivery same day as dispatched. We have used you on several times because of service and would not go anywhere else. I would highly reccommend your company.”

“I had looked online off and on in vain for two years for a new 16 ft. runner. Problems were wrong color, wrong pattern, too wide, or it didn't come in a 16 ft size. I discovered Runrug two weeks ago and a new runner now lies in our hall way. I love the color, pattern, width, and thickness. It looks good and feels good to walk on. For a cut run with bound ends, it is a beauty and deserves a 5. For what I originally wanted, it is a 4 simply because a cut run does not (understandably) have the border design at either end - just along the sides. But, I am very happy with this run and now can move on to other projects!”

“I'm still waiting for my rug ! Your customer service is appalling , Not one phone call to say it's delayed, I myself had to check where it was , after waiting in All day , for a delivery that You didn't deliver , I'm still waiting for confirmation, of my said delivery.”
