Hi Diane, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear the rug wasn't suitable! However, I am pleased to hear the delivery was very quick. With regards to your refund, I am afraid it doesn't appear that the return has reached our warehouse yet. The moment it does, we will of course initiate the refund process. If you have a return tracking number that you can provide for us, this will be very much appreciated. Please send this directly to help@runrug.com. Thank you.

“Quality runner - looks smart”

“My experience with runrug was very positive. Unfortunately I ordered a runner which wasn't the one I wanted. The colour and pattern frequency were slightly different than I imagined. Runrug however, accepted this and I returned it without any quibble...so far. I am looking at ordering one which I think will be the one I should have ordered. Just waiting for the refund and will get to ordering the other.”
