“Excellent runners just what we wanted”

“I ordered the rug just before Christmas they did advise there was delay from the manufacturer, but to be fair they kept me fully updated and there was no urgency for me. They did offer for me to cancel. It came when they said but the carpet is a good product and very pleased. Only reason for not giving 4 stars was they advertised a delivery date and in fact it was not isnt stock.”

I have now looked at this and it appears that there is a delay, due to a problem with the delivery address on the label. It might have been accidently damaged, perhaps. I have given the courier your full delivery address again and I am now waiting for an update with regards to the delivery. “I sent an email and still haven’t heard back on how I can send my rug in to have it swapped out. The grey was supposed to be dark grey and it’s way lighter then the site. It’s been a few weeks.”
