“Very good runrug which never slips and is very hard wearing - and any stains seem very easy to deal with and don’t linger. A great buy.”

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear that the thickness of the rug is not what you expected. As advertised, the thickness is only 2mm. The description does also go on to state that this rug is suitable for outdoor and indoor use and it is made using a flatweave technique. Flatweave rugs don't really have any pile to them. They are very durable and this makes them suitable for all high traffic areas in your home. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly, if you would like to exchange or return your order. We're always happy to support and advise you. Thank you.

“There was an issue with the rugs being out of stock, even though they were showing in stock because, the role was damaged apparently. However, when they finally did arrive almost 2 months later, they were beautiful and great quality well worth the wait!!!”
