“Had a few glitches. The rug showed up with money due and the ends had no binding. When customer service got back to us they appologised for the mix up and refunded us the extra charge immediatly. And explained our rug did not need binding at the ends. So after as the dust settled and the rug was laid out we were thrilled. It looks so vibrant and does not slip around. Even with nothing under it. So we are very, very happy with our 16 foot hall runner.”

“Runner itself is great but delivery is not good. I paid for next day delivery but it took four days to arrive. I messaged customer service on due day as it had not arrived and got a reply three days later. Using Evri is a big red flag - unreliable. I don't understand why you would use this courier when they have such a poor reputation. This has sullied the whole experience and would deter me from ordering again from you.”
