“Quality, price, choice and service was spot on. Loved the online room view facility. My hallway runner looks exactly the way I expected. So thrilled with the service and the quality that I bought a second runner, to match, for the landing! I would definitely buy from Runrug again and would highly recommend.”

“The runner purchased seems of good quality and does exactly what is required. My main grumble is with the marketing side. The web site identifies that it is available for delivery by a particular day but doesn't identify that you have to pay extra for that. In addition when I signed up for the newsletter it sent me a message giving a 5% discount on my first order. However when you put the code into the order it confirms that the code is correct but it is not applicable to the purchase being made (probably because the item is identified as "being in the sale". These are minor things but why don't the company just be honest about the terms and conditions”

“I unrolled and laid the runner as advised however I cannot get the runner to stay flat despite several attempts. I have tried reversing the direction in the hall but the runner keeps rumpling and is a trip hazard. I have attached a photograph of the problem.”
