“The rug we received is nice and what we expected. The ordering process was clunky - we were told after ordering the rug would take two months to be delivered. It came in a couple of weeks, for some reason from the UK. A $50 delivery charged was somehow added, though with an email from me this was reversed.”

“The carpet runners are exactly what we expected. The colors are vivid and beautiful and the texture is nice and tight. We have not installed the stair runner yet but will send a picture later next week.”

“The sample rug is the exact color needed. However, the sample piece is extremely thin. There is hardly any pile or nap. I contacted customer service on 2 occasions with questions but didn’t receive a response.”

“Love the hall runner. I ordered the beige but it's more golden. Still works out because the floor has a smidgeon of gold tone. Fast delivery and product is high quality for the price!”
