I had looked online off and on in vain for two years for a new 16 ft. runner. Problems were wrong color, wrong pattern, too wide, or it didn't come in a 16 ft size. I discovered Runrug two weeks ago and a new runner now lies in our hall way. I love the color, pattern, width, and thickness. It looks good and feels good to walk on. For a cut run with bound ends, it is a beauty and deserves a 5. For what I originally wanted, it is a 4 simply because a cut run does not (understandably) have the border design at either end - just along the sides. But, I am very happy with this run and now can move on to other projects!

Excellent website - easy to use, and liked the facility to place the item into a photo of a room. Prices not the cheapest, but quality is excellent. Free delivery, and arrived 2 days early.

I'm still waiting for my rug ! Your customer service is appalling , Not one phone call to say it's delayed, I myself had to check where it was , after waiting in All day , for a delivery that You didn't deliver , I'm still waiting for confirmation, of my said delivery.

Very good experience throughout. We needed carpet runners / mats of more unusual sizes for our motorhome and we were very pleased that Runrug were able to provide a good choice . The carpets are very good quality for the price and well finished Delivery was very quick

After initial carpet was faulty, Rugruns customer service ( via Joe) was excellent arranging for me to return item without fuss and organising a refund as new item ordered was cheaper. Now have new carpet and more than happy as it is of good quality and looks great. Well done Rugrun

Stair runner came promptly as ordered. Can’t say what it looks like yet bc it’s still rolled and wrapped. But looks good. Also got some beautiful stair rods. Gonna look great!

Service was fine. The rug itself was not what I expected, very hard to walk on in bare feet. I was hoping for something softer, a little more plush.

Paid £5 for next day delivery which should have been 15th Feb. It is now 21st and no delivery received. Any company using Evri is asking for trouble, useless system that never improved at at alm after it name change from Hermes.

Hi Nom, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear of the delay with your delivery. I can see that we did dispatch it on time, however, for some reason there was a delay on the couriers side.
