Hi James, We’re very sorry for the delay in your runner arriving. I have just been looking to investigate this with the courier but it does state the runner has been delivered not long after your review here, although we do fully understand the frustration. Would you be kind enough to confirm that the runner has now arrived, otherwise we will raise this with the courier to chase for the full delivery. “Very pleased with my purchase. I ordered 2 runners in the size I wanted. I was kept up to date with my order and given a time through DHL when it would be delivered. The runners are perfect good quality and smell like a new carpet.”

“A wide choice of patterns and the long lengths were what interested me as I needed a 9metre length. Service was very quick. A simple unpack, roll out and that was the hall complete! I was impressed that they emailed to check my address as it is in the countryside and not standard.”
