“Rug was not what my mum required but was really good quality, no fault on the company, my mum ordered incorrectly. Run Rug were brilliant and made the refund simple. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you”

“I have used Runrug before. They were as good this time. Unfortunately there was a slight flaw in the hall runner when I received it, having spoken to Joe he was quick to arrange a replacement which arrived exactly when they said it would. Thank you very much.”

“stupid using DHL. haven't received my rug.”
