“The length and width was as I ordered, but the texture was nothing like I thought it would be for an indoor hallway rug runner. It is very stiff and rough like you would see or have in outdoor entry rug. I was wanting much softer feel on feet. I ended up having to re-arrange my lanai runners and use this one out in my lanai in front of the two sliding doors entering house. 🙁”

We’re sorry to hear that the texture of the rug wasn’t what you expected and that it felt stiffer than you had hoped for an indoor hallway runner. We do advise that this product is extremely hardwearing and durable, which can make it perfect for protecting floors from mud and wet shoes, but of course if you are looking for something softer it may not be suitable. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll certainly take it into account as we continue to improve our offerings. “I needed a new staircase runner after 15+ years. I bought the last one off the shelf at Home Depot but they don’t carry them anymore so I started looking online and found Runrug. I ordered 4 samples and expedited shipping. They arrived in 3 days via DHL. I immediately knew which one I liked the best so I took my measurements and placed my order. 3 day delivery again worked beautifully. The quality is excellent and I couldn’t be happier.”
