“Stair runner is lovely. Customer service is awful. Paid for designated day, didn't arrive so had to make several phonecalls. Had order for a week and didn't inform us that stair rods were out of stock. Had to ask for delivery fee back, then cancelled order for rods as was getting absolutely nowhere with date. Just awful behaviour”

“Love the look of my runner but feel it’s poor quality very thin and nylony feel to it. But I’m keeping as I like the colour and design just wish it was a thicker rug and better material”

“Two runners for kitchen use were ordered, in quick succession, as the first was perfect for use alongside a working surface.The second runs alongsie the sink & associated surfaces. “I have been searching for a rug for ages for correct dimensions to replace my old one. Couldn’t find one anywhere in the sizes I wanted. It is good that I found this company by chance as I was searching on the Web as they do various size options. The runner looks so lovely in my hallway and is exactly the same size as my old one. The colour is lovely and bright. Gives my hallway that warmth cosy feeling. Definitely buy from this company again. It was delivered on time packaged with care. Thank you”
