“Ordered a runner and next day delivery, all good they use DHL so was kept informed about delivery tim. When I checked the runner, it was a 700 and not a 600 as i ordered., called them, they confirmed they had made a mistake, sent me a code to return the product and sent a correct one that i recieved 2 days latter. Really great servic e would definatley use again and would highly recomend”

“Very good condition only problem rug arrived tightly rolled taking time to get it to lie flat even after weighting each end it still turns up creating a trip hazzard”
