“No rug has shown up, nor has a refund! A very thin, sticky piece of something akin to batting used is seeing did arrive as a $125-$150 rug pad! So very dissatisfied and disgusted!”

Hello Kristy, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am extremely sorry for the issues we faced with the rug you purchased. I can see on our email system, one of our customer representatives has been chatting with you in regards to why the rug could not be supplied for you, on this occasion. Unfortunately as you will know, this was a supply problem from the manufacturer and completely out of our control. I do also believe there has been some confusion with regards to the underlay purchased. 'The Anti-Slip Runner Rug Underlay' is not designed to be a soft feeling product, it is not there to add comfort or padding to your rug. It is a mat that has a unique patented technology that sticks itself to the back of the runner, to stop it moving and rucking up. This information is provided within the product description and specification. However, don't worry! We do understand that mistakes can be made when making a purchase online. I can see that your order is currently with our finance team and it will be refunded in full within 2-3 business days.
