“I sent an email and still haven’t heard back on how I can send my rug in to have it swapped out. The grey was supposed to be dark grey and it’s way lighter then the site. It’s been a few weeks.”

“Ordered a stair runner as the price was extremely competitive and the quality of the carpet looked much better wearing than some of the alternatives on offer. Delighted with the runner, exactly what I wanted and the quality is excellent. I did have a go at fitting myself as I'm pretty handy but after doing the gripper and underlay I couldn't get the runner fitted properly so paid someone to do that. Happy with everything and have recommended to others.”

“The look of the stair rods is lovely and they were very easy to fit. They were unfortunately very badly packaged indeed, resulting in the longer rods being slightly bent. In situ, and clamped in place by the brackets they look ok. Delivery took longer than average and was not on the date specified with no communication.”

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the stair rods arriving slightly bent. This is certainly not the standard of quality we aim to deliver. I am also very sorry to hear that there was a slight delay with the delivery. I can see from looking at your order information that the delivery was scheduled to be on 'Jan 31st'. “The rug has in a 1 square ft. section what appears as dirty or a grease spot. It is not that but instead a flaw in the pattern. Throughout the rug there are small white or cream colored tufts. This 1 square ft. section is devoid of the light colored tufts and that causes the flawed appearance. I am thinking of returning for an exchange but fear I will get more of the same, perhaps worse.”

“Great outdoor runner, perfect for outside my motorhome between habitation door and garage door, so can keep boots in garage and wear slippers into motorhome. Easy to sweep clean too. It was delivered earlier than estimated.”

“I needed a gripper for my flatweave hallway runner.I'm temporarily having to use a wheelchair,and it was ruffling up my rug terribly.Rubrug made choosing the right size,and ordering,and getting next day delvery,easy.At first I thought it expensive,and when I got it was surprised how light it is.But,it was easy to use,and is working perfectly,so well worth the money.”
