“The rug looks good, but is clearly cut off from a longer roll... the ends are not bound. I hope this doesn't cause problems in the long term. I may bind it with tape. Delivered in good time. Thank you.”

“The company seem to be good and the pricing of their product excellent. However, I wondered if the rug we recieved had gone through their quality control as the colours on the rug were spoiled by bands of darker wool arbitrarily woven through which were not on the advertised image”

“We are very happy with the way the rug turned out. Delivery was just a week or two after ordering. And we were able to install it ourselves! The only problem is a slight odor which I hope will not last long.”
