“Quick delivery. Exactly as pictured and ordered. Quality appears very good, we will see how long they hold up. In my opinion, if they only hold up as long as the previous runners, the cost was a little expensive. Hopefully, these will last longer.”

“Very pleased with my hall runner. The only problem I had was that I also ordered a doormat which didn't arrive and I had to phone to ask for this to be sent. However this was dealt with quickly and doormat arrived within a couple of days.”

“I would give a five but a number of rods i ordered were scratched. The good thing is I ordered black. A quick spray of black is all will be needed. Update: Runrug was quick to respond and replace the damaged rods. I'm definitely impressed with the response. The runner and rods installed with ease. I'm very happy with the results.”

“The only comment: the website could have a bit more details on each product sold. Apart from that... everything was fine. Quickly shipped and received, prices look good. The best for me though was the 'cut-to-order': I did not have stairs suitable for the 7 m only you find everywhere else. And good to know that... if I messed up, I could quickly get another 1-2 m.”

“We love the hallway runner. When it arrived the plastic wrap surrounding it had torn enough that it was barely on the runner leaving the carpet exposed. It wasn't damaged though. We do really love the runner!”

“Living in Canada, it was not immediately clear that we were ordering from the UK, hence the reason for not giving five stars.That said, delivery was incredibly fast and we are quite happy with our purchase. The three runners - 2 different lengths and 2 different widths were due to the need to fit a slightly awkward room layout and Rugrun.com was the only place we could find to accommodate the custom sizing. But the additional reason that we ordered these was that our former cheap carpets from Walmart caused a problem with our robot vacuum cleaner as they moved when the vacuum approached them. These new carpets solved that problem, probably due to the stickiness of the under padding which we ordered from Rugrun.com at the same time.”

“I recently ordered (3 May) and received a carpet runner for my hallway. The look and quality of the item is as described on the runrug.com website. There was one small hiccup in the ordering process. I paid an extra £5.00 for express delivery (next day) but once the payment for the whole order was taken, a message came up saying that delivery to me was expected to be 2 days later than I'd requested. I called customer services and spoke with a nice helpful chap called Joe, who apologised and explained that when it comes to deliveries, their website doesn't currently take into account an order placed on a bank holiday. He admitted that this was an unsatisfactory fault on the website, thanked me for pointing out the problem and said that the ordering process would be modified in the future to recognise orders placed on bank holidays and give the correct delivery schedule. I received a £5.00 refund a couple of days later. So all in all, I'm satisfied with the service offered by this company.”
