“The runner I received was very nice and exactly as represented on the website. I had a few issues with the delivery and I am still waiting for the second part of my shipment. Overall, dealing with Runrug.com has been a very positive experience. Their customer service people were very responsive when I needed assistance with the courier company and treated me respectfully and professionally. Would recommend the company / products.”

“The quality and colour of the rug is very good.Delivery was also quite quick. My only problem is that arriving,obviously rolled it still has ruckles in it.I keep trying to smooth it out. It is lying on a non slip base underneath. My runner is only 150cms in length but I should imagine with a much longer runner this could really spoil the effect. Hopefully they will drop out after further wear or I can find another way to remove them.”

“Excellent service, very fast delivery. Very pleased with our replacement stair carpet, it is one we have had before but have now changed the colour. Only issue was that this one was nearly two cm wider than actually advertised, but overcame this. Would recommend to friends and would use this company again.”

“Loved the VIEW IN YOUR HOME graphic on this site. It really made it feel real and the colour was really true. I changed my mind several times after using it. Ordering was easy and it was delivered quickly. Runner was lovely quality and easy to fit. Only reason not 5 stars is that the runner I bought is a different shade to the sample I ordered upfront. It worked in my favour as I prefered the lighter shade but the issue should be addressed as I would not have been happy if I had needed to return it for that reason. My hallway looks fabulous so I am delighted.”

“Very helpful staff. Unfortunately only 1 of the runners was in stock and we have a 2 to 4 week wait for the other. Rather disappointed with the feel of the runner as it is polypropylene. We have always had natural fibre before but we were unable to have a small sample of any of the wool ones.”

“Speedy delivery and rugs exactly as shown in the photos. My only complaint, due to my rug being some 4m and delivered rolled up, the corners are hard to keep down. They constantly curl up and I have tried tape to keep them down but due to them being rolled up for such a long time, the corners are NOT for turning. Such a shame as it is a lovely rug.”

“Unfortunately, on receipt, I noticed that the border of my hall runner was unravelling near one of the corners and there was also a small hole in the rug in the area of unravelling. To their credit I contacted Runrug and they offered to replace the item without quibble but rather than go through the faff of repacking the damaged item, arranging for it to be picked up for return and waiting for a replacement I negotiated a discount off the rug and repaired it myself.”

“Carpets are ok. I put them face down on the floor for a few days as they were very “curly” on the ends. I wonder if they might benefit from being rolled onto a cardboard roll. I have now installed my runners with the non slip underlay. They are creeping slightly so I have them taped down at the ends. Not a permanent solution so I may have to invest in some heavy duty double sided tape. A little disappointing but ok. Service excellent.”

“Excellent quality, fast delivery and outstanding customer service. Only drawback was the 80cm stair rug purchased came as a 79cm, apparently this can happen though no disclaimer. Quickly sorted without issue.”

“I ordered a Houndstooth Red stair runner and twelve antique brass stair rods on 27Sep2021. I received a confirmation of despatch on 1Oct and received the stair rods on 4Oct via DHL. I assumed the stair runner would be received the next day. However when nothing arrived by 4.00pm on 5Oct I contacted Runrug customer service department for an update. I was advised that due to an error the stair runner order had been missed by the packing department. As it was too late to despatch the item that day I was advised it would be couriered out on 6Oct. Regrettably this was not the case as I was informed by one of the customer service team that they had been unable to book a courier for that day. I was assured it would be despatched 7Oct, which it was, and I received the package on 8Oct. While the delay was disappointing I have to say that the staff members I spoke to were very polite and professional and I was kept updated of progress by email. The items themselves are excellent quality and I would consider purchasing again from the company.”
