“My only disappointment is the way it is rolled when shipped. If it was rolled and wrapped for shipping the curl would down. I believe that is the way it is on the roll before it is cut and shipped.”

“I purchased my rug in the US through a site called RunRug USA. The rug got shipped via DHL from England. The rug is of what I would call commercial grade - that is, it is not soft under foot, but quite substantial and should wear well. It has a rubber-like backing, so it will not slip on hard surfaces. The quality of the rug is very good, in my opinion. As some others have stated, it actually looks nicer than the photo on their site. I was wondering how they make the rugs available in basically any length, how the edge treatment is done. The edges are just cut, not trimmed in any way. I don't have any problem with this. It looks fine and I believe it will wear just fine too. The rug of course comes rolled up. When initially laid down the ends are curled up, and are still so after one day and some attempts to flatten it. I assume (or hope) the rug will lay flat over time.”

“I love your rugs for the non slip backing. But I find them difficult to have lie flat. Perhaps if you shipped the rugs rolled with the backing facing down or in, they would be more likely to lie flat.”

“Overall, very happy with this seller. All but one aspect of my experience using this seller totally fulfilled. The one loss of one star is for receiving our items with the covering torn which initially was a cause for concern; not knowing whether the contents had been damaged in transit. Fortunately, they were not, but nonetheless, it is disconcerting receiving with damaged wrapping.”

“Excellent service. Website not up to date on stock but very swift contact from company and an alternative arranged. Swift delivery. Product description and photos accurate. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is inaccuracy of stock on website.”

“THE REVIEWS MOSTLY INDICATED THAT THE RED RUNNERS WERE BRIGHT. THE ONES I RECEIVED ARE NOT AS BRIGHT AS THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. THE QUALITY WAS NOT AS HIGH AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE RUGS ARE OK BUT THE REVIEWS LEAD ME TO EXPECT HIGHER QUALITY AND COLOR.”
