“Quality for the price I paid wasn’t as I was expecting, they are very flimsy poor quality, would not buy from them again, the ends curl up as not a heavy rug, near tripped twice already, as soon as I get better quality it’s gone, not a happy customer”

“I appreciate being able to get a rug runner in the exact dimensions that I needed. The DHS service was a little funky, and hard to know if real or a scam. I had to go online because they said there was an address problem. The problem was of their creating, as I did not put a 9 digit zip code in when I signed for delivery, only a 5 digit one. The wrong zip code must have been machine created, causing an unnecessary delay. I received the delivery today. While an oriental rug in design, I find it to have a much brighter red than what appeared online. I hope my wife can live with it.”

We are, however, sorry to see that it hasn't been cut straight. These products are cut from the back so occasionally this can happen. These specific rugs don't require any binding on the edges therefore, they can just be straightened up with a sharp box-cutting knife. Is this something you think you'd be able to do?
