“Id love to see a British company do well here and you have a GREAT product, so here’s some feedback: - use better/higher grade plastic/cardboard wrapping - the one you are using is too flimsy for deliveries going through multiple hubs - change measurements on line to 27.5” wide (it’s more accurate) - if it’s not there already add water/bleach care to your website . Great selling point it’s so easy to clean - amplify that when you buy one rug you get two design options . Noted website says reversible. - when there’s a problem don’t lead with excuses - lead with solutions ! Glad that it all came together at the end.”

“Disappointed that our choice of rug had been discontinued although it showed as being available on the website. We chose another and the staff were very helpful and the rug arrived the next day. We would use them again. We suggest they ensure the do no offer discontinued items on their website”

“Service and delivery was excellent. Shipped from the UK to our home in Australia in a week! Happy with the colour. Suits our home. Quality of our rug is good. However the rug is much thinner than I expected for the price paid.”

“Stair runner is lovely. Customer service is awful. Paid for designated day, didn't arrive so had to make several phonecalls. Had order for a week and didn't inform us that stair rods were out of stock. Had to ask for delivery fee back, then cancelled order for rods as was getting absolutely nowhere with date. Just awful behaviour”

“The rug is good quality but it doesn't seem to want to lie flat.. We have rolled it up the opposite way to straighten it. We now hope that in time it will lie flat.”

Firstly I'd like to apologise for the delivery, we have taken your comments on board and we are currently looking into why it was just left like that on your driveway. This is unacceptable and we are very sorry on behalf of the courier. I have also looked through our email system and I can see that we've received 4 emails from you all asking the same thing. A response was sent to you providing you with an update and your tracking information. I can only assume that this may have filtered into a junk/spam email folder. “Finally after trying to order on-line many times, I contacted the Company direct to complete my order. When delivered, which was within stated time, I received my 2x runners. Very pleased with quality. Thank you Runrug.”

“I was happy with my first order, but when I tried to order a stair runnner you web pages were not customer friendly. I could not complete the order because it kept wiping out information already entered.”

“The customer should be able to specify the actual length of runner reqired at the initial point of order rather than sending a separate message. The product was thinner than expected but does the job. Advantages it was cut to size and stitch finished on he ends. Communication and delivery was good. Price was fair.”
