“It's beautiful and I just hope it stands up to wear and tear. My disappointment happened when I first ordered, there was a long waiting period--but I was okay with that. However, when it was time for it to be delivered (if memory serves), I emailed checking on dellivery date. It was then I was notified that it had to be ordered so it would take a couple more months. You need to check when I originally ordered, but if memory serves, it took around 6 months (more or less). I just hope the carpet's wear and tear works better than Runrug's personnel.”

“Had a rocky start to this experience, my original order was cancelled due to product damage in the warehouse and the pattern being discontinued. Good news was that customer service notified me via email within 12 hours and allowed me to find a substitute product without having to start the purchase process over again. I received the runners expeditiously, within 4 days. I was pleased with the quality of workmanshop and the product features met my expectations. My initial reaction upon opening the package was that they might be a little overpriced. That being said, if they wear as advertised combined with the ability to customized widths and lengths, they will be worth the price.”

“Quite expensive for what it is but will stop rug slipping. Purchased a really good runner, that was cut to size and only a little more than I paid for the thin underlay. Still, it will serve it's purpose and last hopefully. Impressed with service and super fast delivery for free. Would use company again. Thank you.”

“Although I paid for nxt day delivery rug did not arrive till day 3 so wasn't too happy I thought quality wS good but dissapointed in colours the one in pic on your website looked bright the one I got is very dull not much colour that apart its ok”

“Reason 4 star is colour very different to picture on website. Very pleased with quality. We will learn to live with as not too bad a match but much darker than we anticipated. Have tried to add picture using iPhone but unsuccessful.”
