“I ordered the rug just before Christmas they did advise there was delay from the manufacturer, but to be fair they kept me fully updated and there was no urgency for me. They did offer for me to cancel. It came when they said but the carpet is a good product and very pleased. Only reason for not giving 4 stars was they advertised a delivery date and in fact it was not isnt stock.”

“The rug looks good, but is clearly cut off from a longer roll... the ends are not bound. I hope this doesn't cause problems in the long term. I may bind it with tape. Delivered in good time. Thank you.”

“Only problem is the rug isn't really approprate for stair installation the backing is rubber and rug ripped if stretched... just not appropreate backing.”

“Order and delivery went smoothly. The only comment is that the picture of the carpet we selected on your site appeared a darker shade than the actual runrug we received.”
