“Original choice ordered but was found to be damaged so not despatched and as is always it was the last one and has been discontinued. Found an alternative but more expensive. Helpful customer service staff.”

“website was informative, delivery was quick. However, the color was definitely not what was described as "gray"; it is blue. My installer had already completed the installation when i saw the color, as i had not unrolled it prior to giving it to him. I now need to purchase 3 other rugs to complete the project as the black rugs i have clash with the blue color.”

“My experience with runrug was very positive. Unfortunately I ordered a runner which wasn't the one I wanted. The colour and pattern frequency were slightly different than I imagined. Runrug however, accepted this and I returned it without any quibble...so far. I am looking at ordering one which I think will be the one I should have ordered. Just waiting for the refund and will get to ordering the other.”

“Arrived quite quickly, looks nice. Tends to travel around a lot on my carpet and also crease so will get some underlay or something to help keep it in place, But it looks nice”

“The only thing we were disappointed with was the runner had not been cut straight. We had to level it up before we could begin. Otherwise the ordering and shipping were excellent.”
