“Rugs are as described and delivered promptly but it is obvious they are cut off a roll as ends of the rugs are not square by quite a margin”

“Was able to get the exact size we needed and the rug was exactly as pictured on the website. Most impressed that it came from Freeman Street, my Saturday job was in Woolies, Freeman Street many years ago!”

“Overall, I am pleased with my zebra lining runner. The quality and price along with shipping process was all satisfactory. I gave it 4 stars because of the color. I thought the white part of the zebra rug would have been whiter it almost looks off white. However it still looks nice and it does feel great under the feet. I would purchase from here again.”

“Rug seems nice. Comfortable on feet. I just wish I could put it in the washer and it had a non slip backing”

We do offer runners that have gel/latex backing which provides the anti-slip element. For woven/hessian backed runners such as the Scroll Red, we do offer ant-slip underlay which will hold the runner in place on hard flooring. Please get in touch if you need any assistance with this. “It is very pretty and comfy to walk on, but it keeps moving and getting wrinkles in it, even though I have it on a very high-quality rug pad. I do not know if this is a problem with the rug pad or the carpet, or if either one is somehow crooked. I am continually shifting the rug and/or pad to straighten them out in my hallway.”

Hi Loesje, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing some movement with your rug. We understand that this can be frustrating. The problem can stem from a variety of factors, including the thickness of the carpet it is laid upon, the surface cleanliness of the floor and the rug pad's underside. Also, If the floor is uneven or sloped, it could contribute to the rug's movement. Of course, if the rug has been placed on top of a hard floor, e.g. wood, vinyl or tile, It could be a problem with your underlay padding. It can be quite difficult to keep rugs still when they're on top of another carpet. You could try double-sided carpet tape, around the edges. “We had some issues with the sizes of the rugs being correct. However, customer service was great with working to get things right. The material and workmanship in these rugs are amazing! “Thick, luxurious, and well-made, our Runrug was the perfect choice for our staircase. The color was as indicated in the online photos, and the pattern was well done. Once installed (easier than I had expected) it immediately made our home look and feel more custom and high-end. The rug shipped quickly but was only loosely packed in a sheet of plastic, which is the one downside and thus kept this review from being 5-star.”

“Would have been 5 star apart from when ordering quoted 3-5 day delivery After placing the order the delivery date stated 10 days On phoning and asking why the difference I WAS TOLD WE DON'T WORK BANK HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS (just what you want to hear) but it was delivered 3 days later just before when away”

“I appreciate being able to get a rug runner in the exact dimensions that I needed. The DHS service was a little funky, and hard to know if real or a scam. I had to go online because they said there was an address problem. The problem was of their creating, as I did not put a 9 digit zip code in when I signed for delivery, only a 5 digit one. The wrong zip code must have been machine created, causing an unnecessary delay. I received the delivery today. While an oriental rug in design, I find it to have a much brighter red than what appeared online. I hope my wife can live with it.”

We are, however, sorry to see that it hasn't been cut straight. These products are cut from the back so occasionally this can happen. These specific rugs don't require any binding on the edges therefore, they can just be straightened up with a sharp box-cutting knife. Is this something you think you'd be able to do?
