It can take a little time for the runners to settle after being rolled, but you should see it fully settle fairly quickly. The process can be sped up by rolling the runner in the opposite direction and placing it somewhere warm for a day or two. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Hi Angela, Thank you for your positive review. Naturally, we roll the carpets up with the backing facing outwards to protect the top from potentially becoming damaged or dirty in transit. Due to the range you've purchased being lightweight and quite thin at only 5.4mm, they can sometimes curl up for a short period of time. We generally suggest to roll it tightly the opposite way and leave overnight. Alternatively, you can also weigh down the corners overnight. “The runner I ordered came quickly. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good match so I opted to return. The return procedure was arranged for the following day with pick up from the courier. “We have the pad and rug down. It does look nice but the price of the pad compaired to the rug is way off. I could use several other works but I will be nice. I have purchased pads that were thicker and softer at a better price.”
