The rug is really soft and the right thickness for my corridor, colour is as described. Given a 3 star because unfortunately there's no antislip under layer which is making it really annoying. It wont stay in place. I've had to purchase some sticky stuff on Amazon to help the runner rug stay in place. I am waiting for them to arrive so fingers crossed they'll work...

After making payment, a popup appeared offering a 5% discount, and the popup only lasted 60 minutes ?? but by then too late, we had paid so why didn't the popup show before paying ? not got the runner as yet so can't comment on the quality at this time

not as good as expected and not allowd to return as “ bespoke”. whe i ordered the photos on line showed cream background with bright colours, what arrived was fawn backgroubd with dingy colours. i ordered a completely normal size so not sure why is is bespoke. I was concerned that it would not fit under my door and to be be honest the bespoke bit didn't even register. Also the 30 day return is in huge print everywhere and not bespoke is hidden in small print. Arrived on tme, packaged well so for that 2 stars

Measurement was 3m but runner was slightly short so we have a small gap but service was good

I have no complaints about the company, but the runner I bought, and am returning was very disappointing. On screen it looked a pale cream with beige and brown design, bu t when it arrived it was much darker than expected, and looked awful.There is no way I could use it. I telephoned Carpet Runners, who were very helpful when I explained the problem. I will be returning it tomorrow.

The carpet runner arrived on time well packaged. Appears to be good quality but my one big disappointment is the strips. The pile lies wiggerley. Decided not to send it back because it was for the boot room and my dogs settled on it straight away. It serves it’s purpose had I wanted it on the stairs I would have returned it.

The carpet runner is good quality but, I was hoping it had slightly extended rubber edges so that it would lie flat on floor by itself... because the corners are thick and curl up, get caught eg on feet, door edge easily.

Easy website, easy to pay, quick delivery. Carpet fairly good quality for the price. No info on website how to fit the stair runner. The underlay for stairs kit looks like a a load of scrap underlay and broken grippers - so read the website carefully - as its not a kit - its a make your own shapes and sizes to fit the runners and underlay. The stair runner is longer than expected, so all our pre purchase measuring went out the window. Ordered a 540 received at least 565.... Making the runner fix to the grippers is really hard - and we resorted to tacking it in place with a hammer and nails.

It was easy to order, the order arrived on time, but the carpet is of such poor material it is barely acceptable for use indoors. It was cheap, but I'd have spent more if I'd known. It is so tough and bristly, it really should be classed as an outdoor doormat.

The company were fine, but the runner we bought was not the colour shown in the pictures online. I know there is an argument that different computers show colours differently and not necessarily true to the original. However, the same computer, at the same time, showed the same carpet from other companies with true colour representation. It was this poor colour representation that actually made us buy the carpet from carpet runners-we wanted the 'duck egg blue' stripes shown in their 'strike blue' runner pictures, not the very bright colour we received, and that is shown in other companies' adverts. I think the photography needs to be redone, or at least colour fixed to show true colours.

The website very was simple to use and the carpet was lovely. However, their telephone support was delayed and my details seemed to get lost, as I had to chase on a few occasions. Also The web site offers a donation to charity when ordering which none of the staff were aware of.

Nothing wrong with Carpet Runners. The product was great. BUT your delivery company was awful (DPD). They said it would be delivered on Thursday 8th Feb and would give me an hour time slot after 11 am. I waited in but nothing happened. I had to go to a meeting on Friday (9 - 1230) so I hoped it would not be delivered then. I checked my emails and they said they would deliver between 1015 and 1115. I made my apologies and drove home. I looked at DPDs tracking map which told me that the van was 15 mins away in a neighbouring road and I would be next. It didn't happen, the van drove all over the area and away from me. It was eventually delivered at 430 in the afternoon when I was out, So much for DPDs all singing 'NEVER MISS A DELIVERY AGAIN' tracking site. Would I buy from you again? Not if you use DPD. I would rather have had a 'within the next few days' projected delivery than the precise 1 hour slot which their drivers don't seem to be aware of. Brian Ayres

No one answered the phone. I wanted to ask about putting stair runner on top of original carpet as I have a stair lift fixed to the stairs. An email I sent to you was not replied to.

Pleasant people on the phone but took an hour to sort out the tiney 5% discount. I probably spent more on the international mobile calls than I saved on the discount. Wouldn't do it again.too much hassle . Nice carpets though.

We ordered three runners and were given a delivery date. We later received confirmation of despatch. The items didn't arrive on the specified day. Rang Carpet Runners, who directed me to the Courier service telephone number. Rang the Courier concerned, and they knew nothing about the order at all. Went back to Carpet Runners, who agreed to investigate further and ring back. This they did, and confirmed there had been a mix-up, but the carpets would arrive the following day. Thankfully, they did. Actually very pleased with the runners - the colour was almost identical to that shown online, and considering the price, they are very good value.
