“payed £5 extra for next day delivery and had to wait about 4 days. should've warned me before i payed that it wouldn't be coming any earlier than it would've for free. other than that, great rug, perfect size, comfortable”

“Its the first time using run rug strugged to order the mat i wanted tried day after and order went straight in when rug arrived a close neighbour took it in i unrolled the mat And found that the ends where stuck up a week later we still have weights on the rug as it will not stay flat also there is like a film on mat surface bit i think its light and shade on the nap of the rug pile to be honest i have got got used to the design yet”

Due to the runners needing to be rolled for transportation, it can take a little time for the ends to settle. We suggest rolling the runner in the opposite direction and storing somewhere warm for 24-48 hours to speed up the process. “I thought I had found the solution to the problem of the carpet runner for the hall. The style, colour options, carpet runner's ability to provide the runner to the customer's preferred dimensions and the speed of service ticked all the boxes. Sadly when the runner arrived I was disappointed with the quality of the carpet. Also although it had said the runner had non slip backing it was not non slip on our nylon carpet and would have required purchase of an extra non slip product. Given that the carpet runner I have already has extra non slip backing and still slips I was not prepared to spend more money. So that together with the actual quality of the carpet runner meant that I decided to return the product. Thus sadly disappointed.”

“It came in record time. I haven’t had it installed on my stairs yet, so it’s hard to rate. I wish it was thicker but it was very reasonably priced.”

“On the whole a nice runner with good quality carpet but worth being aware the pattern looks straight online but it is 'wavy' in reality, slightly off-putting. That's the only way I can describe it - happy to send photo of runner received should anyone want to see it.”

“Whilst customer service & speed of delivery is/was exceptional I am slightly disappointed. 1) I never realised the elephant was beige in colour, thought it was grey like a natural elephant colour - doesn't go with my room at all. 2) It is advertised as "thick".....Sorry but no way on earth is this classed as "thick" it is of normal/average everyday thickness. For an extra £10 I could have bought a proper "thick" rug from Dunelms. In all honesty, I cannot see me buying anything else unless it is by accident.”

“After making payment, a popup appeared offering a 5% discount, and the popup only lasted 60 minutes ?? but by then too late, we had paid so why didn't the popup show before paying ? not got the runner as yet so can't comment on the quality at this time”

“Very low quality thin rug runner. Pile is few mm thick. It doesn't feel plush at all. Otherwise back has a good grip and it doesn't slip.”

“not as good as expected and not allowd to return as “ bespoke”. whe i ordered the photos on line showed cream background with bright colours, what arrived was fawn backgroubd with dingy colours. i ordered a completely normal size so not sure why is is bespoke. I was concerned that it would not fit under my door and to be be honest the bespoke bit didn't even register. Also the 30 day return is in huge print everywhere and not bespoke is hidden in small print. Arrived on tme, packaged well so for that 2 stars”

“The carpet runner is good quality but, I was hoping it had slightly extended rubber edges so that it would lie flat on floor by itself... because the corners are thick and curl up, get caught eg on feet, door edge easily.”
