“not as good as expected and not allowd to return as “ bespoke”. whe i ordered the photos on line showed cream background with bright colours, what arrived was fawn backgroubd with dingy colours. i ordered a completely normal size so not sure why is is bespoke. I was concerned that it would not fit under my door and to be be honest the bespoke bit didn't even register. Also the 30 day return is in huge print everywhere and not bespoke is hidden in small print. Arrived on tme, packaged well so for that 2 stars”

“The carpet runner is good quality but, I was hoping it had slightly extended rubber edges so that it would lie flat on floor by itself... because the corners are thick and curl up, get caught eg on feet, door edge easily.”

“service was fast and efficient , however rather disappointed in the quality of the runner as it was rather thinner than i expected for £80 +...perhaps we should have read the description more closely than just going on the illustration.”

“The carpet runner arrived on time well packaged. Appears to be good quality but my one big disappointment is the strips. The pile lies wiggerley. Decided not to send it back because it was for the boot room and my dogs settled on it straight away. It serves it’s purpose had I wanted it on the stairs I would have returned it.”

“We ordered three runners and were given a delivery date. We later received confirmation of despatch. The items didn't arrive on the specified day. Rang Carpet Runners, who directed me to the Courier service telephone number. Rang the Courier concerned, and they knew nothing about the order at all. Went back to Carpet Runners, who agreed to investigate further and ring back. This they did, and confirmed there had been a mix-up, but the carpets would arrive the following day. Thankfully, they did. Actually very pleased with the runners - the colour was almost identical to that shown online, and considering the price, they are very good value.”

“I have no complaints about the company, but the runner I bought, and am returning was very disappointing. On screen it looked a pale cream with beige and brown design, bu t when it arrived it was much darker than expected, and looked awful.There is no way I could use it. I telephoned Carpet Runners, who were very helpful when I explained the problem. I will be returning it tomorrow.”

“Although we brought the nonslip underlay the The rug doesn't stick to it and moves around a lot. We've tried it without Nonslip underlay either way it moves around too much and the corners already starting to turn up on it. I wouldn't buy again or recommend this product”

“Very pleased with the fact that I could get a runner custom made in the size that I required. As it is difficult to pick a colour/design from website photos, it was great that a sample service was offered. However, they only allow four samples to be ordered. The one sample that was my particular favourite choice, they initially sent in the wrong colour. I emailed and requested the correct colour - wrong colour sent again; I went back onto the sample order form, and requested one sample of the correct colour - but again received the wrong colour. I then telephoned, and again they sent the wrong colour. Finally, on the fifth attempt, I rang again, and the person said they would personally put the correct colour sample in the post to me. Yay - at last!! It was a good job I persevered as they nearly didn't get my order. I ordered a long runner based on the colour of the sample that I finally received, and have to say, am very pleased with it, it has really enhanced the look of my hallway. Overall, pleased with the runner, but suggest a better system for the picking of the samples, as this was a very frustrating and time consuming experience.”

“Der Teppich gefällt uns sehr gut, scheint auch gut verarbeitet zu sein. Nur 3 Sterne gibt es aus einem anderen Grund. Auf der deutschen Webseite ist eine deutsche Firmen Adresse angegeben, der Teppich wird jedoch aus England versendet. So kommen zu einem 287 Euro teuren Teppich noch 109 Euro Zoll, Steuern und Gebühren hinzu. Das trübt die Freude über den neuen Läufer erheblich. Runrug hätte es auf seiner Homepage bekannt machen müssen. Wir werden ganz sicher wenn vermeidbar nichts mehr in GB bestellen. Und so ist man als deutscher Verbraucher plötzlich vom Brexit betroffen.”

“The website very was simple to use and the carpet was lovely. However, their telephone support was delayed and my details seemed to get lost, as I had to chase on a few occasions. Also The web site offers a donation to charity when ordering which none of the staff were aware of.”

“The runner arrived promptly and the ordering,tracking process was good. I ordered 2 kitchen runners, they arrived rolled up. One had been rolled with the rubber on the outside which meant that when I laid it on the floor it curled up. I had to roll it the other way and leave in the the sun for it to curl the other way. After a couple of days it was flat. Also the cut edge was not exactly square on. The runner has some some darker patches running across the width. It looks hard wearing and doesnt slip. With hindsight, I would rather have the cut edge finished instead of than just cut, and wish I had just gone to Carpetright so I could see what I was getting. Haven't tried to vacuum yet.”

“The rug is really soft and the right thickness for my corridor, colour is as described. Given a 3 star because unfortunately there's no antislip under layer which is making it really annoying. It wont stay in place. I've had to purchase some sticky stuff on Amazon to help the runner rug stay in place. I am waiting for them to arrive so fingers crossed they'll work...”
