“This would be my third purchase of this runner. Very good quality and does the job I intended it for. One issue with my new purchase of this rig is that it came with a big mark on it. To send it back, as there was so much in length, it would have been problematic for me so I decided to keep it even though the mark is very noticeable unfortunately. Not had any previous issues with my previous purchases .”

“The website is very easy to use and reasonably priced. The ordering process was simple and the fact that I could order the length I needed rather than make do with a standard size was a big bonus. Contact with the company about the progress on my order was very efficient and the rugs arrived earlier than expected in good condition. In all, very happy with the items ordered and company.”

“I had a great experience with Runrug. They provided everything I needed to replace my stair runner from an old wall to wall carpet. They even have great tutorials online. My original order could not be fullfilled, but they were on top of it and gave me even better options. I was able to do it myself, and it came out beautiful.”

“I was quite pleased with my order. I was somewhat apprehensive since I had to purchase "sight unseen" but the runner is exactly as represented on the website. The colour was what I wanted and it looks great on the stairs. My husband will finish installing it this afternoon. Looking great.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service! After placing order realised that rug was slightly too long, contacted runrug by email super fast response to state they had amended my order and delivery was literally 3 days later. Superb quality, looks amazing and lots of compliments form friends and family.”
