“Received runner which was of very high quality but had to return it as it didn't quite match what I needed. Runrug was first class to deal with. The person handling my issue was polite, helpful and very professional.”

“Quality not as expected for the price. You can get the same quality or better way cheaper somewhere else. It is thin. I have had them for 2 months and The edges do not flatten completely and the corners keep folding up. It is a fall hazard now. And lately the backing of one of them is crumbling. Do not waste your money”
