“I ordered a stair runner and matching carpet for the upstairs landing, and was given a delivery date of 24th April. I took the day off work for that date but nothing arrived, so I completely wasted my time. When the carpet actually arrived it was damaged and unusable. Not impressed at all and now struggling to get anywhere with the collection/return and replacement carpet.”

Hi David, We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with your order. That’s understandably frustrating. I can see that there was a short delay with booking in your collection. This was due to it being a bank holiday weekend and we were not in the office to arrange this for you until the following Tuesday. I am very sorry. I can also see that this was arranged by one of our customer service team members and the replacement carpet was delivered safely on the Friday, which was one of the days you had requested for the delivery. “Nice of enough Rug but it is hard to vacumm it wants to bunch up in the middle and at the ends.”

Hi there, Thanks for the review. We’re sorry the rug bunches and is hard to vacuum. A protective rug pad and vacuuming slowly with a low-suction setting or a carpet nozzle can help. Sometimes brushing the pile with a soft brush and rotating the rug helps. If this continues, please send your order number and we’ll look into options (care tips, replacement, etc). “Very happy with our purchase. Quick delivery and was exactly what we expected. Colour true to description. We bought 2 runners, the same colour and the colour match is spot on. We needed non slip as we have wooden floors and there is no movement whatsoever.”

“Ordered I particular colour and style of runner for our stairs, the guys emailed and updated us on an issue and they were really happy to help us out with alternatives in the size we wanted and as it was in stock it arrived the next day.... faultless and so happy with the service given, thanks guys”

“Waited a few mths, Run rug contacted to advise still no stock. I chose another colour and received in a few days, so they we're helpful. I like that you can choose sizes, have used before and would use yhis company again. ONE ISSUE thoug, they used DHL and kept looking at teacking and I signed in to get updates etc to ensure would be in on expected ected delivery day but nothing to say out for delivery, so must have been in back garden and only noticed had been left at my front door when putting car away. Dissapointed with this as well over £100 left at front door !”
