“I made an initial purchase of 30 ft runner, unfortunately my measuring was off and I needed to then order another 3 feet, it came quickly but unfortunately the margins on the sides of the pattern do not align with my previous order”

“Rug looks fantastic, good quality. Unfortunately first delivery sent incorrect item (different colour to what was ordered), mistakes do happen from time to time. This was immediately remedied and had correct rug the following day. Great customer service.”

“Was a bit sceptical of ordering my stair runner and landing carpet online and had concerns that it would be a bit 'temu' like and what would arrive was a paper thin poor imitation of the photos on their website. I was very very wrong, I couldn't be happier with the product I received or the service I was provided. Both were 5☆and I couldn't recommend Runrug enough.”

“The runner is very good, the underlay seems equally good time will tell if it retains it's non slip qualities. We did have an issue with the first runner however the team at Runrug rose to the challenge and replaced quickly without any of the normal fuss you seem to get these days how refreshing! Delivery was excellent we wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Runrug”

“I look on a lot of sites and when I came across run rug they had what I was looking for had to wait a few weeks but it arrived early than there estimated time for delivery,but it was the same on other sites if you wanted something with colour in ,but I'm sure they have plenty of stock of other runner which would be in stock the stair runner when delivered was great,fast delivery when the stock was in, customer service was great, I would highly recommend runrug to anyone,”

“We were first advised there would be a wait for the rugs until October but within a few days they were delivered. We are still decorating our hall and these runners are for that area. Very pleased with the service and the rugs.”
