“Was very pleased to find that the stair runner came in one length, other people said that there was a join which I didn't want , the price which included the binding was amazing, looks lovely on the stairs and landing, would highly recommend using this company.😊👍.”

“Runrug is a very responsive company. When I needed samples, they arrived promptly and when I had a question, they emailed me back quickly! We ordered a very long runner for an upcoming wedding in our home which also arrived in a timely manner and it should work perfectly for our event. It rolled out nicely and it's just the right thickness for what we wanted. I would use this company again and would recommend it to friends.”

“We're so pleased with our new hall runner. It was such an easy smooth process from ordering to receiving our Natura beige hall runner. I rang Runrug to ask whether it was definitely non-slip and left a voice message. I had a call back within 15 mins by a very courteous man who assured me it was non-slip. We received our new hall runner in a couple of days and couldn't be more pleased. It looks perfect and as promised it is non-slip.”

“The wrong rugs were sent so cant say what they were like. Rugs left on doorstep and packaging was very flimsy. I am waiting for a refund had to go to an Asda store to return which was difficult to get too. Difficult to get rugs back in flimsy packaging and had to use lots of tape to return so disappointing”

“My stair runners look lovely. The turnaround time from time order was placed and recieved was very short. The material quality is very good and very pleased with color. I selected the Country Herringbone Elephant Stair Runner in gray.”
