“The product is very nice. But the amount of time it's taken has completely spoiled it for my partner and me. 16weeks from ordering is unacceptable. Staff have no idea when orders are coming in. We have been told a couple of times should be with you in a week. Would I order again. Yes, Because there's nothing like these patterned runners on the market.”

I have just been looking to investigate this with the courier but it does state the runner has been delivered not long after your review here, although we do fully understand the frustration. Would you be kind enough to confirm that the runner has now arrived, otherwise we will raise this with the courier to chase for the full delivery.
