“We wanted a small 100cm x 60cm rug to bring a bit of life to the living room at one end, the carpet itself is plain. we were looking through the choices, and immediately took a liking to this one. It took 3 working days for delivery, which was great. We are very pleased with everything about it, a lovely colourful rug.”

“This was my first purchase from Runrug of a kitchen carpet, brought to lay on my tiled floor next to the kitchen sink. I had previously brought a cheap, supposedly waterproof and washable from Temu, but it was not good quality and needed replacing after 2 or 3 weeks. Delivery took about 10 days and the quality was impressive for a fair price and the rug laid-out perfectly flat, instantly and really it looks great! I have not spilt anything on it yet or had to clean it but I am very pleased with it and would certainly buy from Runrug again.”

“I cannot praise Runrug enough. From initial queries answered by Adelaide at their customer service right through to delivery, they have been second to none. What’s more, the stair runner far exceeded our expectations in quality and at such a reasonable price. Had to wait a while for the pattern I ordered to become available again but was forewarned of this and arrived earlier than anticipated anyway. I would highly recommend Runrug to anyone. (And have already recommended them) Thank you Runrug.”

“Excellent service. The quality of the hall runners and rugs is excellent (Rustique Ultra Hopsack) and anti-slip underlay does just that. The only problem was the underlay was not sent with the rugs it was meant for, however, when raised with Runrug they were true to their word and I received them the next day. As the carpet is rolled the ends do not lay flat when unrolled, however problem easily solved by just rolling the ends in the oposite direction, although I found the easiest way was to lay out the anti-slip sheet where you want it and then lay the runner on it and stand on the curled ends for a few minutes - problem solved!”
