Hi Linda, We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with how this has been handled. My colleague Adelaide is currently speaking with you regarding the damage and arranging the next steps. We’re not refusing your request for a refund; however, as these stair rods are normally non-returnable, we need to provide our supplier with clear evidence showing the extent of the damage before we can raise the issue with them and obtain the necessary credit. We appreciate that this may feel like an unnecessary delay, but the additional information is required as part of the supplier’s claims process. As soon as we have everything needed, we’ll be able to progress this for you. Thank you.

“Quality carpet, but after paying for pre cut grippers and underlay for my runner I fail to see why they were not cut to size or even close. What’s the point of paying for this service and then having still to cut myself? A waste of my money. Totally”
