“I bought this as I thought it was a carpet rug .... definitely not it has no pile and is slippery when you walk on it wouldn't buy again”

“Not so robust as I would have liked but it does look nice. A lovely feel but perhaps more suited for a lounge rather than the kitchen where ours is. I do like it though.”

“My stair runner order arrived very quickly. I was impressed with the quality of the product. I appreciated that the ends of the carpet roll had binding. That really helped with the insulation. The price for the rug runner was very reasonable also.”

“Unfortunately this is not suitable for my 94 yr old mother as it curls up at the corners, even though i have had it laid out flat after rolling up the opposite way to which it was originally. That didn't work so i laid it upside down for a few days, still not suitable, i think the material is too thin. I have purchased one from another shop.”

“Delivery was a disaster.Order got lost with no help from customer service”

Hi Kevin, We’re very sorry for the delay you experienced with your delivery and appreciate your frustration in this situation. Having looked into this further, I can see that two members of our customer service team were actively working on your case and were in constant contact with our supplier to determine exactly what had happened. Unfortunately, it appears that we were initially provided with the incorrect tracking number by the supplier, which caused confusion regarding where the runner had been delivered. We’re sorry if you felt that we were unhelpful during this process, as from our records we did everything we could to investigate the issue and obtain the correct information as quickly as possible. The updated tracking information does confirm that the delivery was successfully completed on 18th May. We do sincerely apologise that this was later than the original estimated delivery date of 12th May. We are currently investigating with the supplier as to why the dispatch was delayed in the first place, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Thank you for your review.
