“Excellent service from Runrug, I made a mistake with one of the sizes on my order. Joe from Runrug explained the returns procedure and a replacement rug was dispatched the next day foc. Quality of my rugs is also excellent.”

“Rug is perfect for the space we had, have ordered another runner, for custom length, process was easy. Leading time is about 12 weeks which I wasn’t expecting but the product will be worth it, great quality and is non slip on a wood flooring which is what we were looking for”
