We do offer runners that have gel/latex backing which provides the anti-slip element. For woven/hessian backed runners such as the Scroll Red, we do offer ant-slip underlay which will hold the runner in place on hard flooring. Please get in touch if you need any assistance with this. “Very disappointed you charge an extra fee after the point of sale. I do not see why an international payment was charged when the purchase was in stock in Australia. I will pursue this charge.”

“It is very pretty and comfy to walk on, but it keeps moving and getting wrinkles in it, even though I have it on a very high-quality rug pad. I do not know if this is a problem with the rug pad or the carpet, or if either one is somehow crooked. I am continually shifting the rug and/or pad to straighten them out in my hallway.”

Hi Loesje, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing some movement with your rug. We understand that this can be frustrating. The problem can stem from a variety of factors, including the thickness of the carpet it is laid upon, the surface cleanliness of the floor and the rug pad's underside. Also, If the floor is uneven or sloped, it could contribute to the rug's movement. Of course, if the rug has been placed on top of a hard floor, e.g. wood, vinyl or tile, It could be a problem with your underlay padding. It can be quite difficult to keep rugs still when they're on top of another carpet. You could try double-sided carpet tape, around the edges.
