“I ordered a Nevada Grey hall runner. Prompt delivery but looked like the wrong colour sent. Contacted Customer Services by email with photo of rug. Prompt reply from Joe Bloomfield who agreed appeared wrong colour. He arranged for collection of rug at a time and day of my convenience. Rug collected as arranged, and replacement arrived today. Perfect colour. Thanks to Joe and Runrug for excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend Runrug.”

“What a company!! We're in the US (Florida) and ordered, got in here in less than a week! We actually thought it was too dark so we contacted them and besides being friendly and quick, they allowed us to return it free and get a lighter color!! That one also came in less than a week! Ours was 33' feet long for a long hallway -- beautiful rug that fit the bill!! Thank you so much!!”
