“Amazing price as everywhere else what double the price or more and is also good quality. Delivery came quickly, unfortunately the courier wasn’t up to standard. Which is beyond your control. Thankyou.”

“We ordered a runner for our hallway. The original order was cancelled due to discontinued product but Run Rug replaced our order at our request with an alternative. We are happy with the product”

“Great experience with this company. I was looking or a stair runner. Runrug had a huge selection. I found one that I liked (Afrikans Berber Stair Runner 28"). The product was in stock and quickly arrived. The quality is excellent. I am pleased with this transaction.”

“The carpet stair runner I ordered is amazing, I love everything about it. Delivery was extremely quick and the price was very good too. When I ordered it, I didn't realize it was being shipped from the UK, if I had known it might of affected my decision as I had to pay an extra $170.00cad for duty. I don't recall reading that in the site information, so that was a little disappointing. However, the product is top knotch, I am very happy with it.”

“After finding the ideal doormat at a great price, as they were much more expensive at other retailers, I hadn't received it after over a week. Couldn't get in touch by phone, so sent e-mail. I was advised the courier couldn't locate the item and it was probably lost. As it was the last one there was no possibility of it being replaced with the same one. The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund, but all in all very disappointing. Wouldn't purchase from this company again.”
