“Very pleased with quality of my runners. Perfect for the hall. Colours perfect blend with oak furniture. Good value and a quick delivery. My only comment is I wish they had been rolled the other way as I'm still having to weight the corners to stop them curling making a trip hazard.”

“The hall runner was delivered very quickly. It unrolled without any need to flatten out and fits the hall perfectlly. It is slightly darker than expected but it's not a problem. Very pleased with the pattern and the texture. And it doesn't slip!”

We have checked the tracking on your order and it does show that DHL attempted to make the delivery to yourself on two occasions, before the third successful attempt, but unfortunately you were not home to take the delivery. We do ask DHL to ensure that the products are given to the customer directly whenever possible to reduce the chance of theft or damage from the elements.
